That I couldn't stay longer.

Very clean apartment with all the required amenities

Has only ONE TV none in bedrooms

We would have rated the property as very good we’re it not that we did not running water for about half of the 4 day stay.

We did not like not having running water in kitchen, dishwasher, toilet, bath/shower and bathroom sink for 2 out of four days. We did not get a real apology, no updates about repair were given, no concern over our well being was expressed, no water was provided, and we were not offered any financial arrangement to make up for the inconvenience and us not being able to use the property as intended.

Location was as expected relatively quiet with the exception of the airconditioning units of next door neighbours. It was self contained and relatively clean and most of the equipment provided.we did not have any major issues.

Surely the sanitary ware and bathroom was at least 30 years old and needs complete refurbishment. The photos and the price being reduced form $ 5000 to $ 3000 for the 20 day stay does not justify the condition of the apartment let alone the very rundown bathroom and very basic kitchen. We were advised there was no washing machine in the flat but in a central location which we unfortunately could not operate and hence took the washings to local washeteria. The service provided over the phone was good but they had never been to the property themselves just managing it. It would be a good idea for the management to visit their property first.

Everything inside the apartment is perfect

large for 2 people and has everything you need

nothing really, it’s a 10 min trip to downtown but plenty close by

pretty big spaces and all equipments that you can use.

we arrived at the property at 2am and we have trouble to access the front gate.

area behind property could be better utilized. People walked their dogs right behind apartment. bedroom was cramped with xtra large bed.

We are happy to live in the room, everything is good. When I found my bedroom door couldn't close, I chatted with Vivant. They fixed it timely. They care about their customers.

Love the modern finishes and the bedroom was cozy. The bathroom was clean, I would have like to have a tub, but Austin apts are small so guess get why the have so many studios!

The fact that you could hear the neighbor and no curtains to block the bright outside lights from blinding you in your sleep!
