Good place if you don’t have a rental car and are just looking for a place with things in walking distance for a few days . I loved the rooftop area
DONT USE STREET PARKING. The street parking is for locals only and if not a registered vehicle will get a ticket. If you have a car you must park in the 24/7 parking garage 2-3 blocks down the hill. All rooms 1-2 flights of stairs up a small staircase.

The location was amazing. You are in the center of Old San Juan! The host we met at the jewelry was amazing ( sorry I forgot the name… Guillermo, Gilberto not sure SORRY!) I think he was the best, friendly, charming, charismatic simply authentic.
We stayed in the 3rd floor and going up the stairs with our suitcases was a workout due to the property not having an elevator.

The location was awesome! It's right in Old San Juan and easily walkable to tons of things, and also conveniently located next to an area with less traffic for an easier rideshare or taxi pickup/dropoff. The check in and check out process were very easy and straightforward. The room had everything I needed and the balcony was a bonus.
It was fine for me, but this is a very noisy property. You can hear lots of things outside as well as the lobby/other units. The bathroom is also on the smaller side which can make it challenging if you need a little more space to get ready.
