Bed , very close from the airport bed room was fine.

The neighborhood isn't the best looks like a low downtown area , the hotel building is fine and rooms okay but the bathrooms are the worst they seem so old and taps are made or cheap plastic with filthy stuff on it above all cleanliness is poor while the property is okay. L’hôtel ne devrait pas être être présenté sur les sites de réservation. Rien ne correspond à la description faite et les photos dont mensongères. A notre arrivée n’étant pas en couple, l’hôtel nous a demandé de prendre une 2ème chambre ce que nous avons refusé car à aucun moment cela n’est indiqué. Apres notre installation nous avons vécu l’enfer car l’hôtel est accolé à un night-club du coup bruit de musique et de gens qui cri, à 6h du matin le relais a été pris par un prêcheur qui hurlait dans un micro. L’apothéose a été le petit déjeuner uniquement 2 tranches de pain-mie que nous n’avons pu toaster car le toaster bien que présent était hors service et 1 mini tasse de thé. Lorsque nous avons demandé au personnel ou était le petit-déjeuner ce dernier s’est montré très arrogant

Noisy and not clean

The room should be having towels and toiletries, other than having to call for them, Improve breakfast,, i was served kiddish portions, provide bed covers,

The Hotel was big with hot shower, the shower head was broken with water spilling all over the place, the room had old room stink, the mosquitoes are all over the place, old AC, old stretch marks on bathroom tiles and broken toilet seat, Receptionist was good and helpful,

They are not coordinated and don't really pay attention to guests requests when you book online. I arrive in Dar Es Salam around 3am and called the hotel, only to be told no driver is coming to pick me up because they didn't see my request even though l requested for this service a month prior to my arrival, sent a reminder two days to my arrival date. I don't think they are serious!

Best Point hotel is truly a best point to stay in Dar es Salaam. The front office ladies are excellent in their work, very friendly and supportive. The waiters at the restaurant are very good and welcoming. Housekeeping is on Point. I highly recommend Best Point and I will come back again.
