The room was very clean and the food was pretty good. The staff was nice and attentive. You only get 40 Chanel’s on tv. There’s no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The shower curtains always allow water to puddle up on the floor. Those are just little things though. I would stay there again.

This was the best hotel I've stayed in. The staff was amazing and the dinner at the Treehouse restaraunt on site was perfect. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Hot tub was gross and smelt like sewage, rooms were run down and had water damage and looked and smelled like a very old hotel that just got painted over, my tub never drained and complained about it twice and was never fixed, the bathrooms had no ventilation so you took one shower and the whole room was steaming hot, I ’m completely disappointed the pictures look nothing like the actual hotel and my stay was horrible to say the least.

Checking in too over 10 minutes because no one was at the front. They didn't check my ID. They double charged my card as well. The bed was nice. The room was as advertised. The bathroom wasnt clean tho.

Place was very nice and close to what we needed to do for this trip. Will definitely keep it in mind for our next Denver trip.

The building on the outside is VERY dated. The windows desperately need to be cleaned. Such a beautiful view of the mountains and you can't see them for all the dirt!! Inside they have updated however, it was in need of repair. There were buckets on the floor I was staying on in the hallway. The doors to the rooms look terrible. Bathroom was to small. The bed & pillows were very comfortable.

I called on Thursday nite to verify the pool & hotub we’re open. Was told yes. Then on Saturday morning they were closed. Plus WiFi was out on Saturday and the ice machine wasn’t working either. The beds were great and the room was clean and nice. Overall not what I’m used to from a Double Tree

The front desk checkin was horrible when we arrived. I had 3 rooms booked, we were all supposed to be on the same floor and we were not, we prepaid our rooms and were told we did not and had to pay twice. That was fixed ultimately. We were able to move one of our rooms the next day but it was far far from our other 2 rooms. We were supposed to have had a cot in one of the rooms. We didn’t and told that they did not have cots. We found out later that they did have cots. The same desk clerk that did all of the above also charged us for extra bed sheets and pillows for a sofa bed in our room. She was the rudest person I have ever encountered at a Hilton. Ethan another desk clerk was great on the other hand and helped in every way he could. Otherwise rooms were great and pool was as well. Jean the desk clerk we first encountered when we arrived was unpleasant and caused a lot of issues where there shouldn’t have been any.

Chipped tile in the shower, mildew in the shower. Dirty walls in the bathroom with brown substance splattered on the bathroom walls. Dead bugs on the floor, someone else's hair on the floor. Bedsheets did not extend to the bottom of the beds- almost as if a twin size sheet had been put on a queen bed sideways. Duvet had feet prints on it. One of the rooms rented- the towel rod fell off and crashed to the floor in the middle of the night. Shower rod was loose and not securely bolted to the wall- couldn't even hang a towel from it without it pulling away from the wall.

Overall my stay was good but there are things that need to be addressed. I read in a review that was months old about buckets in the hall catching water from leaking pipes, I was shocked to see them still there. I would give my room a good rating, was clean but a bit worn out. Staff was just friendly enough to do their job. Restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and good at their job. Outside landscaping was terrible and hotel should romove smoking sitting area, had homeless doing drugs and passing out in this area. Eliminate sitting area and you eliminate the attraction. I would stay there again but if problems not resolved I would not return.

Came for a band competition. The staff were amazing and very accommodating.

Hotel needs updating. The carpet in my room was wearing away so much, there was an area worn down to the bare minimum.

Didn’t get the room we paid for. Bad service. Noisy. Disrepair. Amenities didn’t work like the spa and the pool was murky. Active leaks. Smelled of mold. Never again.

Leaks in hallway celings , luke warm hot tub water, dining menue missing listed options advertised the whole visit, no microwave in rooms ! Highway traffic noise heard in room at night , no maid swrvice at night to rwtrieve extra trash bags or linnens , staff painting in common areas during day presenting safty risk due to materials all over creating difficulty moving aboit saftly with dogs, children wheel chairs , luggage charts. Should be done in evening hours ! Emergancy stairwell had railing attachment not anchered to wall on one side posing a safty issue(ocha violation). Long waite for elevators . Dog waste can over flowing. Garbage in grass areas around back parking area. Shampoo, body wash bottles attached in shower not filled upon arrival . I will say staff was accomodating , food was good, the warm daily free cookies were good, nice outside patio area (could use some umbrellas and a fire pit ) had plenty of areas in lobby and dining area to plug in electrial devices as well as on sight laptops free to use! Plenty of parking available. Dog friendly !

Elevator was not working. Shower head was leaking. Doors stuck (not a big problem). Just seems the hotel needs a little tlc

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. There was a bit of noise as our room.faced the highway. Delicious cookies upon checkin!! We would recommend the hotel.

Hotel is old and falling apart. Elevators did not work. Water leaking from ceiling into pool from rain. Ceiling of 7th floor leaking into trash cans in hall. Shower head points to wall making it difficult to shower. Bedside table lamp has short in cord so have to have cord a certain way to get light. Room numbers falling off wall. Door on 3rd floor off hinges propped up. Ice machine broke on 4th floor. Room smelled of sewer!! Will not stay at another double tree ever!!

My daughter cut her foot in the bottom of the pool and the staff was not reactive at all.

Did not have the room that I requested with a sofa. Room we got had a hole in carpet on the side of bed facing window to mountain view. Plus an imprint of an iron in carpet.

Hotel is old. Needs a lot of updating. Room was not terrible, just very old and rusty. Was going to let that slide until my family went to the pool/hot tub which was the reason we booked this certain hotel. Both the pool and the hot tub were green. Like a muggy algae green and you couldn’t see the bottom. When I asked the front desk staff she told me that maintenance would come down to check on it. Several familes came in while we waited for maintenance and noticed it and then walked out. When maintenance didn’t show I went back and she said maintenance had ok’d it and the ONLY thing she could do was to shut down the pool area. Huh? No offer to refund or give credit, nothing. What a waste of money and time. Don’t let the other “good” reviews fool you, go elsewhere!

Liked not on beaten path, disliked hiway noise, broken latches on closet, many loose floor tiles in bathroom, unattached electrical outlet for coffee maker, liked the great staff

This was a really great value & hotel had great amenities (gym, pool), a nice large room, & a cool view of the mountains. Location great too as on west side of Denver en route to Boulder, Fort Collins, and Estes Park!

Staff was friendly, polite and helpful. Check in was smooth and the room was in good condition.

My stay was not good at all. We did not have air in our room. After checking in a guest advised us the hotel has not had air for a couple of days. Once finally getting into our room we noticed the fan was on but no cool air was coming out. When calling down to the front desk we were advised they would be sending their engineer up to work on the air. We sat in our room waiting for 2 hours. No one had come so we went to the front desk requesting someone to come up and take a look at everything. Once again no one came. At the point we requested two fans so we would be able to cool the room down. We reached out to Hotels.com to make them aware of the issue. They called and stated the hotel has not been made aware of the issue and are unable to do anything for us. Finally at 12:15am the night manager called and stated they would be able to offer us a different room. Unfortunately that room as well did not have air nor the two beds we needed. Although the manger genuinely seemed concerned about us not having air she was unable to assist with our air conditioning issue. We were offered a credit for 1 night of our stay and had to stay the next few nights at the same hotel due to other hotels not having any available rooms.

Right off the bat the hotel seems nice but our room had black hairs in the bathroom, no cold water pressure in the sink, very small bathroom and the toilet would barely flush. We booked 2 nights and I told my toddler we’d swim all weekend and we only got to swim for 45 min our first night and no one turned on the lights in the swim area, then the next day we had a wedding but planned to use the pool all day and they said it was being “cleaned”. Around 11:45 they told us 5 more minutes, ended up not opening till 4pm. So my son got to swim for 30 min before we had to leave for our event. So I told him he could swim all the next morning before we checked out… someone broke a light in the pool the night before and he couldn’t get in again! Also they don’t keep up on cleaning around the pool, hair, old cups, no clean towels when we were actually able to swim. It was disappointing.

This hotel does not have working AC, and it didn't tell anyone at check in. Then when asked, the front desk gaslighted us with a "water guy is coming." Do they use swamp coolers? I called Hotels.com and got a compensation for the lack of AC - but my daughter also called and was told they'd not heard of this problem with this hotel and offered her $50. The hotel refused to do anything unless we checked out. And go where on a summer weekend at 10 pm? The pool is too heavily chlorinated, also. Don't stay here.
