Dump. Unsafe area. Burn holes in bed covers, but it's a smoke free hotel?It was so bad, we slept in our clothes and took turns keeping watch of our car & cargo trailer.

Room was larger than expected and was perfect for a rest stop on my road trip. Room was clean and smelled just fine. Customer service was the best, the man at the desk went out of his way to ask if I was here to rest or if I'm part of the weekend party crowd and kept me on the quiet side of the property. As a restless sleeper, this greatly affected my experience!

Large room, great deal! The bed was really comfortable and the sheets were soft. No complaints. Great location, it’s not in a bad section of town at all. This will be our go to hotel in Texarkana.

Nice location. Booked for king size but endes with a full. Room was not clean or cleaned properly upon my return. Won't book there again.

Nothing special about the property but, all the employees were wonderful. Very nice peoples to rent from. Will be staying again no doubt.

The room had stain in the sheets the bathroom didnt hve a shower,there was roaches in the room.

I had to get a refund. Bugs in bath tub . Bad smell in the entire room.

The service was really good. The air wasn't on yet so room finally cooled at 3am but I left at 7am.

Hotel needs some work. they need to replace light bulbs, water pressure is not good.

Pool wasnt running. No ammenities like shampoo. When checking out the front door was bolted up.

Not impressed it said there was a pool however upon arrival discovered it wasnt ready

The window was boarded up in my room, the smoke alarm had wires hanging out of it. The owners live in the lobby area of the 2nd floor and do not rent out the rooms on the 2nd floor. This place should be condemned, do not stay here! NASTY! NASTY! NASTY!

Didn't like it at all. Very dark. Person on duty didn't act concerned when we said we we not staying. He couldn't be bothered.

I requested 3 nonsmoking 2 Queen Beds. What we got was 2 rooms with 2 double beds, that smelled like smoke, and 1 room with a king bed and double bed. I called the General Manager of the hotel and told him I was not happy with my rooms. He tried to tell me there was no difference in a Queen and a Double bed, which in fact there is a 6 inch difference. The General Manager was rude, rolled his eyes at me, and was very disrespectful.

This hotel was run down and nasty! I asked for non smoking and they gave me smoking. It was something out of a nightmare! Nothing was clean, I laid my phone on the table and I had to peel it up off there!

I checked in and did not recieve a reciept because the printer was not working. No big deal I thought. I drove to my room. once there I found myself in a bad movie. There was vomit on the stairs. the room hadnt been cleaned well. You could see stain on the carpet. the tv had obviously had something spilled on it. the bathroom still had soap on the wall??? the minifridge had mildew in it. Needless to say I left. (I checked out appropriately) because I had entered the room I was charged the fee for my room. I was willing to let the money go to get out. Only to find they charged me twice for the same room. When I called to question it, they assured me it was a mistake and would be taken care of. That never happened. Everytime I have called back since the manager is not in amazingly. So now I have to go through my bank to dispute a charge on a hotel that should probably be demolished
