Our stay was perfect! Nice room, big and clean. Staff was very polite and courteous. The breakfast buffet was delicious so was the restaurant bar Panceta⭐️

Room was very spacious, parking was very easy, having a Starbucks onsite was awesome. The walls were a little thin, we could hear our neighbors' various escapades. The bathroom was a little outdated, but everything was clean.

It was very nice and comfortable. The only problem was the noise from the highway that made it difficult to sleep and the chargers in the room didn’t all work. It would be more eco-friendly if they had vegan options.

Perfect location and lovely accommodations all around. NJ transit bus goes right into NYC, no stops, or take a quick ride into the city from here. Room was so quiet and so spacious too, and the staff at desk and restaurants were great. And Bonvoy Lounge staff over holiday were so kind too. Will be back!

Our room was spacious and clean. The check in agent was gracious and patient and went out of his way to show me where to catch the bus to Manhattan the following day and to give me the schedule. He also had a list of close by restaurants for me. It was a safe neighborhood and easy to access. Road noise was minimal at any time and nonexistent after 9 pm

Poor service, poor attention to detail. The common courtesy of not interrupting a person, while speaking flew out the window. During my check-in process, I actually felt as if staff was looking through me. Failing to answer my questions. In their defense perhaps they had worked a double shift very tired dissipating going home. Everyone deserves a fair shake.

We requested a handicap room and the bathroom was okay. But the bed was so high that a transfer from a wheelchair to the bed was not possible.

The front desk people were not very pleasant. When I requested early check in, I was instantly told, in a “tone” that they are not guaranteed. There was also no mention at the time of an additional charge.

customer service was terrible- we were multiple rooms & at a regilious family function and couldnt come in to check in in person - had to leave the feast to come check in, couldnt check in our other guest - my family member checked in later in the evening- they gave up their room after they paid in full for it- they had to take our double bed room while we took the king, the room stunk like cigerattes - we did not sleep all night & were dying with our allergies- personal items from previous guest were found on the floor- it was disgusting- super disappointed weve stayed there a couple times and every time seems to have a problem- not going back - BEYOND rude manager

Upon my arrival, I was prompted if I was here to check in, and Cindy. However, there was a lack of informative interaction as she handed me the key. It would have been beneficial if she had provided details about the elevator's location, Starbucks operating hours, restaurant dining options for both dinner and breakfast. It's important to remember that guests might not be familiar with the property, even if you are.
Furthermore, there was an issue with my television, for which I requested a remote. Unfortunately, it took a second call after waiting for 30 minutes to receive assistance. Although your hotel holds many positive attributes, there is a clear opportunity to enhance your staff's guest service skills. Drawing from my extensive 15-year tenure as a General Manager at a full-service hotel in upstate New York, I believe that focusing on a warmer and more welcoming approach for your team would greatly benefit your establishment

Well, we had some bugs in my room. I got one and brought that to the front desk to change the room. A guy in the front desk said they have no more rooms. He wanted to inspect my room together. He came to my room with me with another house keeping lady. They found some more bugs in my room. The lady said the housekeeper left the window open, so bugs entered the room. After that, the front desk guy said he will change the room. He came back to me with new room keys and breakfast coupons.
I am very disappointed how bad their housekeeping is. Definitely it was worse than 2 star hotels. Also, the front desk guy was lying and doesn’t trust the customer. Most of the front desk staff are so unprofessional regarding how they handle the complaints.
They also have a swimming pool which closes at 4 PM. Also, kids are not allowed in the swimming pool. There was no front desk staff informed us that the pool is adult only.
