Whether was amazing!! View was the best I have ever had and my husband enjoyed his birthday weekend.

Exactly what we wanted in our room. Convenient walk to the beach. Inlets by request was a great feature.

Great location, staff friendly. However, they need to do some maintenance and updates to justify the price of rooms. I left a list of issues with the front desk upon checking out of our room. Bed mattress needed to be replaced as it was breaking down and woke up with back issues. I almost fell after trying to sit in a broken balcony chair. Etc.

Can not say enough good things about this hotel, my only fear is the word will get out and it will be harder to get a room at this gem of a place !!!

I’ve had this trip planned for several months and when I made the reservation I accidentally didn’t make the reservation for an ocean view. I cancelled the original stay and rebooked. When I called the hotel about this error I made the service was mediocre and seemed to not be very helpful. Once I arrived on Sunday with my family there was a miscommunication about the amount paid up front by my family (another stay) the gentleman was extremely unhelpful. Very matter of fact. No compassion or anything. This had my mom paying several $100 that she didn’t have outside of our stay because this was a trip her mother bought her for Christmas. Once I was booked in I went to my room with my son and we saw lots of construction on the beach. Heavy machinery and our beach access was closed. This was closed for an entire day and half of our stay. Not to mention the construction went 24 hours a day and there wasn’t any rest to be had on the first two days of our trip. Why wasn’t this mentioned at check in? Why wasn’t this mentioned at time of reservation? I called down to the first desk and asked how long it was going to happen. He told me they had no idea a full construction project would be on the beach during our stay. I find this very hard to believe. I’m not sure I will return to this hotel. Lack of compassion and communication.

My stay was absolutely fantastic. We went there for my Birthday trip and we had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and nice. And the continental breakfast was delicious. The lady cooking the fresh omelette was so amazing I will definitely be back.

Great location, friendly staff, best omelet ever, clean and peaceful. We would stay here again.

Service was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfy. The room was perfect! The bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve had in our entire trip and we’ve travelled 2500 miles so far. We will stay again on our next adventure!

Fantastic place and location, friendly staff, modern and clean rooms, could not ask for more. Delicious breakfast and 24/7 coffee/tea bar. Way exceeded my expectations, just lovely

I gave it a 5 star rating because the property was great and the staff had great customer service. That is with the exception of the lady making omelettes in the breakfast area. She was rude to most of the people who came in. I wouldn't get her to make me one because I didn't want to deal with her.

My experience was amazing, the front desk gentleman Trey went above and beyond to make my stay awesome, the cleanliness is thorough and detailed, there is a breakfast every morning with many options and complimentary coffee and hot beverages throughout the day and night, there is also a direct pathway to the beach, I had an amazing experience for my birthday vacation and had great time, thank you for having me!

Our stay was perfect and I would rate the hotel excellent if the omelette chef had not been rude. She was so loudly hostile that it made our and probably other guests breadfast tense.

This is my favorite hotel to stay in in Orange Beach. The price is reasonable. The hotel is older, but clean and well-kept right on the beach and across the street from grocery stores. When I was there they had a lady that was making omelettes for you for breakfast, I always stay here when I come to Orange Beach. Customer service is great. Everybody was friendly.

Wonderful

When we turned on the light of our 1st room, 3 bugs scurried across the floor. They gave us a different room with 2 queens when we reserved a king. My hubby got bit on both arms in that room by something. The staff was not friendly & when we told the clerk about the bugs he acted like we were overreacting. 3 stars bc the rooms were nice.

Rooms and beds are too small!.... After checking in i need to get another room beside my room! ...which cost me extra...! On my three day trip this is the worst day I m very much disappointed with expedia! I never expected this.... This is my last time to use expedia!...

It's right on the beach,directly accross the street is a Publix super market.The staff and sleep inn was nice snd clean .

Loved the gulf view from our room!! We got to the hotel early and we were able to check in within the hour.

Comfortable and relaxing

I loved that they had the most kind and amazing person there to make omelets every morning. She had a whole omelet bar and she rocked it.

They have a continental breakfast that was outstanding and staff was very friendly and helpful

They has a fresh omelette station included in our stay. Nice chairs at pool with shareable toys for children. Down side only ocean front could sit on the balcony.

TV didn't get some sports channels. No comfortable chairs in room

We loved staying at the Sleep Inn. Great room, right on the beach. Great balcony view. Clean. Comfortable bed. Air conditioner works very well. Breakfast was great. The lady making the omelettes was very skilled, we had one every morning- delicious. Will stay again. Highly recommend this hotel.

We planned a last minute short trip to the beach and this hotel was just what we needed, great location, breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly
