Hotels.com allowed me to choose a room with a king bed and assessable bathroom. When I arrived at the hotel that room was not available and I recieved a room with 2 queens and non-assessable bathroom. As I cannot stand in rhe shower this bacame a problem. Even as I brought a stool from home the shampoo and soap was on the was on the wall and out of reach. Was never given any accommodations from the hotel either. Between hotels.com and the doubletree this was entirely unacceptable. Since I had prepaid I had no choice but stay there instead of finding another hotel that could accommodate my special needs

I had forgotten we had stayed here before, until we showed up. Very average hotel. We checked out the pool, there was a film of chemicals on top…nah no thanks.
The walls are Very thin, people talking in the halls I thought were in our room.
I wish there were microwaves in the rooms.
They have done a remodel to the rooms, the floors are nice but overall the remodel was very cheaply done.
It was fine, but we won’t return here.

We stayed here three nights.
Check in was fabulous! Was recognized right away. Process was expedient and friendly. Warm cookies were offered (nice touch)!
Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, air unit fan was extremely noisy. Some hair on the walls in the bathroom.
Restaurant was a disappointment. They were out of the bison burger (was told that they have been out over a week and a half). So, ordered a very expensive, less than McDonald's quality (funny taste and very, very greasy). Onion rings were great, and the bartender/waiter was fantastic! Needless to say, we didn't eat any other meals there.
A free breakfast is not offered here. Come on, Hilton. Coffee, tea, milk, juice, and even prepackaged rolls or donuts would be nice.
Overall, except for the noted things, it was a good stay. However, they need to go that little extra to earn a 5 Star rating.

Staff was amazing and helpful, Room was clean. I Like that they provided Shampoo, body wash, Conditioner and Lotion. We forgot to pack these items. It was a nice surprise to see them fully stocked in the bathroom. My son enjoyed the warm cookies at check-in. Highly recommend. we will be coming back.

The sheets seemed to be a tad dirty (the comforter was ripped towards the bottom so feathers went all over) along with the bath tub having an odd stain. Outside of that the room was perfect and comfortable. Plenty of outlets and a lot of light!

It was somewhat reasonable compared to other options. Shower did not work and the sink stopper was not useable. Our neighbors adjacent to our room were a little loud coming and going. Bed was very comfortable. Didn’t care for the coffee machine.

A conveniently located, decent hotel. Shows its age. Cleanliness was a challenge. As a lot of hotels now, they won't even clean unless asked, and then, it's not perfect. Expensive and average dining. Literally located next to busy highway with limited views. OK.

This was a very nice hotel - remodeled and clean. However, I was very disappointed in the workout room, as this was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. The AC was not working (84 degrees in the room) and the one fan in the room was old with an oscillating feature that was broken, so I sacrificed in the 84 degree room and pointed the fan to my husband who was sweating bullets on the bicycle. I couldn't decide if the AC was really broken or management made a decision to save AC expenses by not "repairing" the AC.

I was double charge for my room which caused me to go negative in my account. Then charged the 100 hold fee which made me even more negative. After that I asked for a water she told me it was $4 but you just made me go negative 300 so now I have no money for good and had a d no one cared. My breakfast didn’t include my kids even though they were on the room

The bathroom was not clean and there was a great deal of hair in many spots.

The staff were amazing! The bed was very comfortable, but the room was lacking. The door to the bathroom would swell and the toilet was child size.
The pool and hot tub were very nice after a long day.
There were a group of homeless people hanging out, outside the hotel, who set up camp underneath the trees; not a nice site to see.

The bathroom in our room was either just really old and out of date or just plain dirty. The pool was quite murky and needs an update as well. The staff however were all extremely kind and helpful especially the bartender from Thursday evening.

Property condition is quite old and not in the greatest condition. Bar on property is closed on weekends. Our room wasn’t the worst or greatest. Overall for a Hilton Doubletree, I expected more. Would not stay at this property again.

I called the hotel In the morning to verify the cost and reservation of my room for the 2 nights stay. By the time I arrived that evening, they had managed to lose or delete the reservation. The counter staff was rude and didn’t seem at all interested in helping to rectify the reservation fiasco. The in-room H.V.A.C. Unit was noisy and didn’t work properly. Made for poor sleeping conditions. The shower barley worked. Needed to pull the plunger to activate the shower 7 or 8 times. Sadly this isn’t a exaggeration. For the price and location, I expected much better. I paid premium hotel prices for an “economy super 8 motel room”.
