The hotel has an agreement with the gym next door. Tell the front desk clerk you want to go workout and they’ll give you the key. Gym is open 24/7

The hotel and staff were great. The only issue we had, and this is not the hotels fault, was the fact that whoever was staying in the room above us ran back and forth across there room all night and they had a pretty heaving step.

This is our go-to property when we visit Craig. The property is always awesome. The only reason I gave 4 stars for Property Condition & Facilities is because we had a handicap-accessible room as I am having some health issues. While the shower had plenty of bars in it, the only thing to keep me slipping from slipping in the shower was a very small 12"X 18" bath mat. Not sufficient. Turned in the shower and the mat crinkled up and came loose and I fell. I was in a position where I could not reach a bar and grabbed onto the shower curtain and it pulled out of the wall. I fell out of the tub/shower. I would suggest that rather than just the small bathmat the handi-cap restroom has non-slip strips on the bottom of the tub.

We’ve stayed at this property in the past so when passing through Craig, it’s our choice. The only complaint I would have is the TV channels didn’t show info so it was a stab in the dark as to what choices we had. We watched part of a movie and still have no clue what the title was. Not a big deal but it may be to someone who uses TV more.

Very impressive operation. The front desk operation was just fine and friendly.. The breakfast was fine and the orange juice was probably the best I’ve had for some time. Well done and worthwhile to me… 👍

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
The hot tub was not bubbling properly and smelled of chlorine.
The eggs, potatoes, and French toast bread sticks looked good, but were not hot - they were lukewarm the 4 mornings we had breakfast at the hotel. However, the bacon was very good and hot. They also had fresh blueberries and a nice selection of fresh fruit.

Had lovely comfortable stay ,really good sleep . Breakfast very good. Only niggle was hot water in shower not hot. But staff on front desk very helpful, would stay again definitely.

The room had not been vacuumed. I found Hershey candy bars on the side of the bed. There were small rock pebbles and torn pieces of paper on the floor. There were orange peels and hair in the sink. If it weren’t for the sheets being new and the beds being made I wouldn’t think anyone had been in the room.

Grabbed one of very few rooms available. Nice and comfortable, breakfast is good, room is clean and well kept. Only complaint is opening the fridge and seeing left over food in it from a previous occupant.

Decent hotel for Craig. Our room was still being cleaned when we checked in around 3:15. Not a big deal but we were in a hurry to get to an event and had to take our luggage back to our car. Room appeared clean when we returned later that night. However, the blankets and sheets did not smell clean on one of the beds. The other bed appeared fine. We were too tired at that point to get new sheets. They did have maintenance issues in the morning so they did not have the hot breakfast items the first night. They fixed it for the second day of our stay. Continental breakfast was ok but not great. However, the staff were very helpful and very friendly.
