The hallways and the room. It is a very big property that has a ton of potential but right now the rooms a very much a mess. The wall paper was falling down. Not just a corner but big sections, Everything looks like it was purchased 30 years ago. The hallways are painted white...very white and looked terrible.

It was old, people staying there kept propping one of the exterior doors open. This concerned me as to how secure the hotel was. The door needed a room key to open, so I don’t know why anyone staying there would need to prop it open.

Pool was great for kids and a great hot breakfast that was more then just a waffle. Bacon, eggs, sausage and potatoes, pancakes where the items available for our stay

construction noise and dust in the lobby. they are redoing the flooring. the price should have been much lower for this disruption. very poor internet. don’t expect to watch a movie on your devices using the hotel’s internet.

The breakfasts were the star of the show. Each morning they had many different choices, both savory and sweet-not all pancakes, muffins, and cereal, though those were available as well. Their pork green chili, which they had every day, was delicious. Even with the mountains of snow, there was ample parking. There were plenty of spots to walk my dog. The room was large and even had room to place his crate comfortably. There was a nice fridge and microwave in the room too.

The wifi was terribly unreliable. When it worked, it was slow (1-3 Mbs), but it kept dropping, usually at an inopportune time like when I was on a call with a client. This may be a Craig problem as cell internet also was slow, and other wifi around town was pretty slow as well.

Room was comfortable with all the usual extras, mini-frig, microwave, coffee maker. Good breakfast.

“Hot” water not really hot. This is a real negative in cold weather. Renovations were under way in the common areas. Only entrance was the front by desk, but the majority of parking was on the sides of the building. There were exit doors on the sides, but guests could not re-enter these doors. Thus, items from cars had to the carried across an icy parking lot to the entrance. The presence of two semi-trucks in the front further reduced the close to entrance parking.
