for one night and the continent breakfast is good wonderful stay it's just the location besides that no problem

Old and worn out - bed was super uncomfortable. Staff were nice, but there are a few other hotels right next door that look newer. Wish we had booked one of those instead!

The hotel is basically on the middle of the highway. Terrible location. Bleak, dingy, gross. The front desk person was unhelpful at best. A group of my family was in different rooms for a funeral. My parent’s room had ripped curtains and a dirty toilet. My room had a dirty toilet. My sister’s room had mold in the shower. The halls reek of cigarette smoke. Marriott needs to remove this hotel from its portfolio

Very good . And good location

Checked in late. The machine that had the food, had empty boxes. This was disappointing although we did find something else suitable to eat. This was a minor problem. Overall, the stay was extremely satiffactory

We were in town for a concert at the Hard Rock and this hotel was a quick choice for price and looks. Jackie was the staff member who checked us in and was amazing! Breakfast fit our needs and it was relatively quiet for a hotel off the highway and on a Friday night. Will definitely stay again if ever in the area!

I am surprised of the level of stars this hotel has. Our room had torn drapery, a poorly operational toilet, patch work wall paper, a bed that was improperly affixed to a twin size frame, cracked lamp shade, tile that did not adhere to the wall, it just seemed like the management was at a place where they just did not care any more. When I walked into the hotel to see the cluttered front desk and associates eating their meals and texting at the front counter, I suspected that the quality of the hotel would likely match what was seen. On a good note, the towels and bedding were clean and the Heat and AC were operational

the desk clerk 9/11 was one of the most personable clerks i have run across. approachable, professional, easy going.

This property was very clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

I was greetedby the clerk Jackie who was very helpful to me upon my arrival!! It was very peaceful and everyone was accommodating! I have no comlaints!

Entering from parking lot the property seemed a little sketchy but once inside it was very nice and the receptionist was exceptionally kind to my son and I. Breakfast was good, plenty of choices. I was extra pleased that there was oatmilk to go with my oatmeal as I'm allergic to dairy.

The staff including housekeeping were excellent. I was able to check in a bit earlier which I was grateful for as I was very tired. All bedding was fresh and clean. My room 221 was well kept and the carpeting was cleaned to perfection. However, there was a smell coming from the air conditioner. The filters were clean but the air conditioner itself emitted a bad smell so I did not use it. I could use the bath but not the shower. It did not work. This was a handicapped-equipped room. There is mold under the shower chair and I believe mold is the problem in the air conditioner. Please check as mold spores should not be inhaled. Breakfast was very good and served hot. Please check for mold, especially in my room and also the pool room. The staff were helpful and friendly and this made my stay comfortable and worthwhile.

The pool was very cold. I feel that it an indoor pool should be at least warm enough to step into without to much shock to the system.

The whole staff was just sitting in a group when we came in. Wasn’t much communication- just handed the girl my credit card and she swiped it for $210.00 (not sure where that number came from). Left about 1/2 later and staff was once again sitting in a group. Got an email saying bill was $189.28 but still says $210.00

Clean. I did not like that it was the last hotel, seemed a little unsafe.

Fasy check in, right off the highway perfect location. Clean and well kept rooms.

I had an amazing stay. The hotel was clean, beautiful, and smelled amazing. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious no matter what time I went downstairs. If you are in the area, this is a great choice! 10/10

Upon checking in the person asked did really need a room with 2 double beds. I told her yes that is what I booked and all 4 of us were standing there and she said just making sure. When we got to our room when we walked in there was a horrible smell that got worse when the it was hot in the room. I looked around the room to see if there was a dead mouse or something and when I pulled up the sheets on the bed there was blood all over the mattress. We asked to be moved to a different room and had to sit there for 2 hours while they cleaned a room. The first room that smelled like a dead body looked like it hadn’t been cleaned before we got in to the room. The bathroom was dirty and the other bed also had blood on the mattress and splatters of blood on the sheets

I would not stay here again.

The location is good with several other Marriott brands and a couple of restaurants in the same area. The room was comfortable with a tv, microwave, mini fridge, single cup coffeemaker, desk w/chair, stool, and another chair and lamp. It was clean enough with friendly staff. I would stay there again.

Awesome people and price

This wasn’t the fanciest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, but it was a was a good solid place for an overnight stop. We had booked 1 queen bed but got 2 double beds so we each took one bed. The breakfast was fine and the beds reasonably comfortable. The room was clean. We had to use a skirt hanger to get the blackout drapes to stay closed, and there was only one elevator which sometimes caused some long waits, but overall it was a fine place to spend the night.

Room was good but water kept dripping in the shower and it was a bit dated.

I am making a report with the Attorney General consumer fraud department as well as my attorney. The morning manager toya charge my card un authorized that isWas extremely rude as well as Expedia was treated. Mistreated by customer service I am going to call my attorney

My wife and I travelled 266 miles to this property to celebrate our 33rd wedding Anniversary in and around Chicago. We were welcomed. Our room had a bouquet of roses, a bottle of sparkling wine, a card signed by the staff, an edible fruit dipped chocolste box and a box of bakeshop cupcakes! So nice! We had booked for 4 nights so we had plenty of time to enjoy our stay. We reserved a king room and no kidding the bed was the most comfortable we've had. We were able to easily get to the Shedd Aquarium and enjoy what the city had to offer. I would have rated our room higher except for our window being smeared or smudged and the cable was out due to some renovations. The pool was open and the hot tub had been taken out a few years prior. The pool and the pool area and lights looked like it needed a good cleaning and maybe a new pump/filter. We did not swim this trip. Breakfast was make your own waffles/crisp bacon/turkey sausage patty/scrambled eggs,assorted fruit, cereals ,oatmeal.. etc. What made our experience great was the staff. Every night we would return from our adventure and was greeted by Jackie who would ask where'd we go today? Or what did you see today? So friendly. I can't say enough of how apreciative and thankful I am for having stayed at this property.

Everything worked. Bed was fine, shower pressure could have been better but fine and hot water worked.

Had room next to elevator, which meant a noisy stay. Room itself was clean but toilet seat was broken.
