The stay was fine except one thing that was actually ridiculous. I went to get a bagel from downstairs thinking it had a continental breakfast like hotels do. They went to charge me and proceed to tell me there is no continental breakfast. Well I won’t stay there again

Worst hotel stay ever. The rooms are incredibly small. It feels like you are staying in an RV. The biggest problem are the actual beds. They are hard as a slab of concrete. We asked for an extra comforter in an effort to make it softer but it didn’t help, nor did the staff offer a different room. I looked at the mattress tags in our double queen room. One mattress was 10 years old, the other was 9 years old. That is WAY too long for a hotel. One was a pillow top where the pillow portion had collapsed. We had a meal here that was also sub-par, they gave one bar of soap, paper coffee cups with 4 coffee pods for a 4 day stay & charged $10 per day for a parking lot that was too small to accommodate their guests. I expect more from a Hilton Hotel. We were nickel and dimed to death for everything in a hotel that is worn down, has cramped spaces and not a hint of luxury. Sad.

Had an amazing time on a last minute stay. Loved the indoor pool and how quiet it was that evening.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Our server in the restaurant was excellent.
Room was lacking. One window was foggy, maybe a leak in the window. The corners of the sink and the drain hole were dirty in the bathroom. A q tip was left under the sink by a previous guest. The faucet in the shower was confusing?only one bar of soap.

The location is very convenient for jumping on I-5 to get anywhere. The staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful, especially Steve at the front desk and Anne at the grill. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.
Unfortunately the refrigerator was lukewarm at best and was barely cold, even after being looked at. Our delicious leftovers had to be abandoned. It also would have been helpful to have instructions for the TV; the guide wouldn’t stop scrolling and we couldn’t select a channel with the remote. But then, we weren’t there to watch TV, so a minor inconvenience.
As for the bar and restaurant, they are integrated into the lobby so it was a bit odd to be eating with guests strolling in and out.

Couldn’t stay due to power outage. Im supposed to be refunded and expect to be refunded as the hotel cancelled the reservation.

Room was clean, oddly decorated with one of two art pieces about a 1/3 hidden by the tv and the shower curtain was pretty ratty. I’m always disappointed by having to pay for breakfast these days and we also had to pay for parking each night. The pool and hot tub were clean. We had comfortable pillows and bedding.

Wifi was painfully slow unless you paid more for fast wifi. They charge $10 a night parking which is ridiculous for a non-downtown hotel. Shower did not get very hot and water pressure was weak. Staff was very friendly. Bar was awesome, featured great drinks. Food was just okay.

It was such a weird understanding. You have to pay I think it was $25 to park on the property. But it's not garage. I found that really weird. If you didn't pay the 25, you had to park on the street.

Spectacular place. Only thing that was a bit of an issue was housekeeping knocking on door starting at 10am when the “no service needed” sign was on door and checkout time was 12pm.

I have stayed at another Hilton Gardens Inn in another state, but this particular one in Lake Oswego was definitely far more impressive - staff service, ease of check in and check out, the room accomodations, and it's convenient location for my needs. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again when I am in the vicinity.

The bedding and pillows were great. Nice fabric and great soft pillows. I loved the room has refrigerator and microwave.. coffee pods too. Good lighting, and hot water fast in shower.

We loved our stay at the Hilton in Lake Oswego Or. We just spent one night because of our busy schedule. We swam in the pool and had dinner across the street.
The bed was very comfortable and we had breakfast made to order in the morning. It was a very relaxing evening and breakfast was really good
