Easy to find, comfortable beds, clean. While many of the front desk personnel never smiled or greeted us, Amanda on the evening shift at the front day was a delightful ray of light. She had a big welcoming smile, was very friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome. I wish everyone could have been like her.
15 minutes before the end of breakfast time there was no coffee and no food and a ride male staff member. Second morning of breakfast no coffee without walking out to the front door and no yogurt and harried staff.

Ran out of oatmeal, offered instant. Kitchen lady was too busy, you need another person on weekends to help

The room 111 was nice and what we wanted, but the toilet started to overflow immediately after we got in and house keeping couldn’t fix it and they even tried to snake it. Changed the room to another room, but less inviting and very noisy air conditioner that sounded like a Mac Truck!! No compensation at all!!!

The gal that was hosting breakfast was so kind and friendly. I appreciated the daily effort to ensure the guests were fed.
Maintenance came to my room knocking at the door at 8am on Monday. He was intending to reach 432 and I was in 332. I alerted him he was at the wrong room. Too bad it woke my toddler up and gave him a jolt to start the day.

Nice and clean
The room was not worth what I paid. Room was advertised as a larger guest room with a sofa bed. The room is a fair sized room no larger than a basic king room at comfort inn with a couch that folds out into a bed. The "sofa bed" is a mattress so thin that you can feel every rail holding it up. Definitely not worth $1146.00 for 7 days.

my bath tub looked like there was mold or mildew in it and towels were rough.

The breakfast was okay but not inspiring. Sausage very salty. Egg dishes less than inspired. Waffles seemed a popular item. Well stocked.

Easy to find, within walking distance to many restaurants, colourful modern decor in perfect condition, excellent breakfast, good-sized room
Bathroom kind of showed its age (old style tub/shower) compared to others we’ve seen lately but was clean.

Located in a nice area of Lake Oswego with decent restaurants nearby. Room was comfortable and affordable.
Sink area in bathroom, wish it had more counter space and bigger for more than one person. Would be nice to have

I like the pool. The main reason my two young boys and I came to the local hotel. To have fun!
The gentleman that checked us in Friday night. He acted put out to help us. I’m there with my two young kids and I just asked if he could run some silverware up to our room. He told me to come down to get it, very rudely. I had to send my 11 year old down (by himself) which I wasn’t comfortable with in the first place but I didn’t want my child eating his salad with his hands….
Which he WAS doing as he cried.
So my child went down and this man was rude again to my kid.
I will never come back to this property to stay. I paid a lot of money to be treated like garbage.
i understand we all get stressed out sometimes at our job, but you should never take it out on the customer.
I didn’t do anything to this man, other than asked to be helped. He had zero compassion for me and my children.
