This is NOT a place that I would recommend to a friend or family.

We found bags in our room. I think that the hotel management should be try to open at least the food and drink services at the pool.

Excellent Property, oversized rooms, amazing views

The hotel have seen better days about 30 years ago and really needs a renovation. The air is stale and smells of dust. The two big pros of this hotel are the amazing views from the room and the really nice swimming pool.

Very charming hotel ideally located. Staff was very courteous and granted us early check in and later checkout. The breakfast buffet was abundant and tasteful. All around a very charming European style hotel

I was on a 3 day business trip so just needed a place to sleep really. In my opinion the hotel would benefit from updating, the bedrooms were a bit dated. But I have to say everything was very clean and that’s far more important to me than the decor. The bed was very comfortable, it wasn’t noisy, the room was very spacious and I had a fabulous view of the sea from the very large balcony. The breafast was good with a large choice, the only thing I would have liked to see was fresh orange juice (I might have got some if I’d...asked but I didn’t). The outdoor pool looked nice too, though I didn’t get time to try it out. The Free parking was appreciated. There are restaurants and bars within easy walking distance of the hotel. Overall I was very happy with this hotel (and I stay in a lot of hotels) and would book again.

This hotel is so old and the staff so nasty . I got better service in a 2 star hotel . Rooms are in very poor condition . I tried 3 rooms , even the suite but all of them were in terrible condition The king size bed is just 2 twins beds with separate bedsheets and cover ... Very nice for a couple !!! There is much better hotels in the city for same miney or even less

Our trip was a summer family vacation. We live only an hour away so we are comfortable with the language but the staff only speaks Hebrew and Russian, very little English. The staff overall seemed like they were unhappy working at this hotel. There were a few front desk people that seemed ok but everyone else seemed angry and short with the guests ( I know this because I speak Russian so i could hear them complaining in Russian when we walked by). The rooms are antiquated and seem as though they have not been upgraded in a long time. There were a surprising amount of locked mysterious doors in our room. The TV had 20 channels and only 2 for children, nothing on demand. The A/C took about 8 hours to start working well and the room felt moist and humid. The carpet was filthy, looked very old and felt like walking on wet sand. On the last day we were there there were no towels at the pool. There were some redeeming factors to this hotel. The rooms were very big and for a family with many kids this is a great set up.The view from the room was amazing both from the balcony and the windows. The pool was great and there were activities there by the staff during the day. The beach is also very close and we received vouchers for free chairs at the closest public,lifeguard beach. You have to walk down 150 stairs to get to the beach but it isnt a difficult climb as the stairs are spread out. Overall it was a nice vacation but I am not sure I would stay there again for the same price.

In a quiet part of town, ten minutes along a paved path overlooking the sea to get to the center of town. I count that as a tremendous plus. The hotel had parking. Breakfast includes a wide-ranging buffet, and you can eat on an enclosed balcony with a view of the beach. It sits on a promontory above the shore, so you get a bit of exercise before and after your swim.

good restaurant for breakfast ! dinner is great ! Unfortunately, suggest improve room decoration for comfortable, though room size is big lovely swimming pool for fun and short swimming

I got burned with the coffee machine at the breakfast I put the coffee milk brewer in my cup and it just exploded on my hand (greatful it hadn’t exploded on my face) I got badly burned! NOEONE asked or did anything until I went to the kitchen and asked for ice and a waiter gave me ice and a spray! They saw how badly burned I was but noeone did more then that!

The room was great. The view was fantastic. Service was fine. The brunch was excellent- though missing lox!! We did have to wait a little too long to get checked in-- as hotels.com told us 2 p.m and actual checkin was 3 p.m.

Carpet and bedding smelled. Everything is very old and decrepit.
