Clean and comfortable. Kitchen lights not working. Oven hood light not working. No lights in kitchen. No power outlets at bed side cabinets. Otherwise great.

Lime Tree was clean and beautiful. Perfect location away from big tourism. Wish the weather was warmer so we could have used the paddle boards and kayaks!

Excellent Resort!

While the room was nice, there were a lot of bugs and we got eaten up bad and ended up at urgent care.

Facility is in excellent condition.

The amenities on the property were lovely and all we needed for a relaxing few days. We borrowed bikes and went to the state park, used the paddleboards, enjoyed the heated pool and appreciated the breakfast options. Quiet and easygoing

Our AC didn’t work and our bed was so old and soft and lumpy . My husband had a bad Back ache due to the bed . He never has back aches .

The rooms are spacious and very well distributed. The grounds are well taken care of and beautiful. Great continental breakfast as well

This resort is great for families! They’re all sorts of things to do in the water, and the children were really enjoying the swimming pool. However, it has more of a family camp feel.

It was great! Room was beautiful! We had the island view so the view was not great but overall a good stay.

We had trouble finding it then when we finally got to our building, we were confused by the numbering. The 1st floor has rooms numbered in the 100s but so did the 2nd floor. Super weird.

Property is in a quieter area of the keys.

Room I had was more than I expected. Roomy comfortable and with a full kitchen. Staff was friendly and when I left without checking out the closet they were willing to send my forgotten items to me.

Stay ended well due to staff showing excellent concern and service.

Great place to unwind

We decided to spend the night here on the way to a weekend trip in marathon where our reservation didn't begin until the following day. We had driven 5 hours, so we made it down right at 11pm. The front desk clerk wasn't all that friendly and seemed annoyed that we were checking in at 11 (they close at 11). I found equal displeasure in the two front desk clerks upon checkout the next morning. Aside from that - the resort is quant, clean and beautiful- I would stay again due to the location and access to the beach - it was much smaller than what I had expected-but was adorable and was a great spot on Gulf side - very relaxing. A cute diner is located adjacent and the staff in there were great and friendly. Would have liked to have stayed longer

Great experience, exactly what we were looking for in a get away on the Keys!

Wonderful and relaxing site which delivers everything promised in the Hotels.com listing. Sand, pool, fish swimming over the reef, fishing, bikes and boards, and a very nice restaurant right next-door, which is where morning breakfast is served. Everything was clean and the staff was constantly caring for the property. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area, which is pretty likely.

Wonderful stay!! Staff was extremely helpful and always friendly. About 20 minutes either direction to get to multiple restaurants but beautiful drive lots of things to see… There is a restaurant on site that serves a free continental breakfast and very good food otherwise. My wife and I went with friends and we stayed in the two bedroom unit number 127 which was awesome and it has a phenomenal huge balcony. With a couch, tables, rocking chairs, and a great view.. would plan to come back here in a heartbeat

the rooms on the canal are 300 meters from the hotel and you have to walk along US1, which is dangerous and very painful. Obviously, the hotel was careful not to explain this. I strongly advise against it.

We loved the water view room. Perfect location to sight see. Mid way location to anywhere, key west only 1 1/2 hour ride from our resort. We will return for another stay. Hotel Manager Yesi Diaz was fantastic. The staff was very nice. The sunsets every night from our Lanai were beautiful. The resort restaurant had good food & was a 2 minute walk from our room. Long Key is a quieter key which we liked.

We were shipped off to their building across the street and down the block. Don’t fall for the pictures that are at the main property.
