The Rockley is a beautiful hotel, perfectly positioned, tranquil outdoor and pool
area. The team are helpful and friendly, the breakfasts are very good. Housekeeping daily and nothing seems too much trouble for the team. large comfortable beds, nice linen, toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities provided
beautiful beach just over the road with free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach.
nice little extra touches like
a card for our anniversary and wine. Late checkout was available but at an extra fee of 50 US dollars..with Hotels.com Gold VIP
membership I thought that this was part of the perks. However, we have had a perfect stay and I wouldn't hesistate to recommend this lovely hotel.

The hotel is located very close to the beach, and the hotel provides vouchers for beach chairs every day. The hotel staff were all really nice and helpful.
The hotel seemed relatively newly renovated and the decor was up to date. The rooms were nice and very large, and it seems like all rooms have a balcony.

It’s a great base with 4 quality restaurants within walking distance /very large rooms ,very comfortable beds ,the beach across the road and the best friendliest staff .

A lovely hotel, however there are a few matters to mention. There are only a few sun loungers in the pool/garden area and as usual guests are up early to reserve them by placing towels etc on them. We only stayed a couple of nights and dispite previous comments we found the breakfast quite adequate. Unfortunately and for whatever reason they do not provide and evening meal. There are not many restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. But the main point is that the hotel is on extremely busy and noisy road. The sound of car horns and motor bikes was constant and almost ruined the stay at the hotel. Please bear this in mind if considering book this hotel. Yes, you can close the balcony door but fresh air is far better than air conditioning in the room but of course it's a question of choice.

Our stay was perfect. The staff are some of the best we’ve ever come across, they truly go above and beyond for the guests. The hotel is right across from the beach and having the option for chairs and umbrellas was fantastic. Our 2 year old loved the pool and it was never too busy at the pool which was great. The breakfast was also lovely and changed slightly daily which was nice to have a mix of options.

Nice retreat
Our stay was very enjoyable, the suite was bright and roomy, very clean. We had a great view of the beach across the road and the area was very accessable to various amenities.

This place has great access to the ocean and some local vendors right across the street. The room wall are quite thin, people with kids moved in next door and at 4am those kids sounded like they were in our room or running the halls.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. From check in with the AMAZING Front desk staff..special shout out to our man Troy who set us up on an awesome private island tour and his restaurant recommendations and the kindness! Shondai was amazing as well as the Manager Sherrita! We had an uncomfortable mattress and they were on it by swapping out our mattress and also going above and beyond and making a futon bed up to just in case to ensure we got a good night's sleep. Love all of you and we will definitely be back to your beautiful island. Lynden & Sharon

The staff was wonderful. But I'll just like to acknowledge a young lady i met on my arrival she was so helpful. She answered all my questions with a smile. The male rasta bartender was also friendly. Service with a smile. hotel was very nice. The beach is right across d road. Will visit again. Thanks again.

That immediately put me in a good holiday mode. The suite was impressive only the balcony floods quite easily with rain. The breakfast was basic but tasty. I would stay again.

I booked this hotel because it had VIP perks but I received nothing. The front desk kept saying that the wine was not delivered by the supplier and I had to leave the room promptly at checkout because it was already assigned to someone else. Overall this was a disappointing and expensive stay for what was promised.

I enjoyed my stay at South Beach! The staff there were extremely friendly, the room was spacious & modern and it was in a prime location. (The beach was across the street and the mall was right next door).

Our stay was perfect. It was convenient regarding the surroundings as we were able to walk to restaurants and convenience stores easily. Getting a taxi was not a challenge either as the hotel would call for one and within minutes it was waiting outside for you. Another aspect is that each floor of the hotel has washers and dryers so you can wash your items and dry them before leaving the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel staff were all friendly and attentive to our requests. This is certainly one of the best hotels I've experienced in terms of customer service. Our room was larger than we expected and very comfortable. The breakfast was included and had a decent variety of options to choose from. I would definitely stay again!

The staff is so friendly and helpful. The room is clean, nice looking and has a balcony. Breakfast was a simple buffet, which would change minimally each day with an egg station. This is a cool boutique hotel and we would stay again.

This place was amazing!!! The room was clean, breakfast was good, ( staff are SLOW but so was everyplace else on island, they say island time lol) bring a extension cord the bathroom does have US plugs! But there are US 110 in hall and living room. Will be going back next year!

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and the location was great with good restaurants and a convenience store nearby. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The only thing which bothered us was the airport taxi which we asked for at the reception. The taxi showed up late and the driver wasn’t interested in helping us to load our suitcases at all. Just a minute after we left, my husband noticed that he forgot something in the hotel. The driver told us he was behind schedule and couldn’t turn around. Instead, he would pick it up and deliver it to us at the airport, since he had been assigned to another airport transfer at the hotel right after dropping us off. There was enough time to do so. So we paid him extra for the trouble and waited for him outside the airport for 1.5 hours before going through the security. He never came back. As we think through the whole process and conversation, he probably just didn’t want to bother, as it was just a small thing, but we don’t know.

South Beach hotel was a great stay even though short. Staff were amazing - Javan at the front desk was exceptional - the property is perfectly located, it was well maintained, rooms were great. Absolutely no complaints. They offered rum or fruit punches to everyone checking in, were accommodating to have us keep our luggage in our rooms for an early check in, helped with recommendations and reservations for restaurants and the breakfast buffet was good (my only suggestion would be to offer more local fare ….I could have pancakes and baked beans anytime, but would love a local fish cake or fritter). All in all a great stay. Would highly recommend.

Loved this hotel. The location and surroundings were amazing, truly beautiful, especially Accra Beach. The staff were friendly, helpful and always smiling and chatty, which I loved! Would definitely stay again.

The property is located right across the street from the beach. There are lots of bars and restaurants around the hotel and easy to walk around. The rooms are large and don't really have a view of the ocean, but comfortable. The kitchen needed an update but overall the stay was nice.

I loved every thing about south beach hotel expect the breakfast staff they are not welcoming at all when speaking to them or asking a question they behave like you are annoying them and it doesnt like gd cuz their tge first staff of the hotel i see and interact with in the morning so they need to do something about the breakfast staff, on the other hand sherita the assistant operations manager was a boss with everything we love and appreciate here so much during our stay nicole the bartender was very welckming when we sat at fhe bar to have drinks she knows how to treat her guest she was the best , marissa and janice are great as well we enjoyed our stay and we will surely be back to stay there.

There is no parking at this hotel, and it is quite tedious to get your bags up to the hotel. You have to park across the street at a lot and cross a busy road to get to the hotel. Staff was welcoming though.
