Absolutely disgusting hotel. Didn’t stay had to go get another hotel. No one at front desk for 15 minutes to even check out.

Not good. Bad vibes. Would stay elsewhere.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Do not let the price fool you. Sounded like a good deal but it was not even worth anything to stay here. First of all do not book this hotel on Expedia because the hotel will not have your reservation when you arrive. Second of all the location is in a sketchy part of Anchorage. We were woken up a 1am to people moving into the room beside us and the walls are thin. There was no lock on the door and the bolt did not work. We could not sleep because of multiple people and cars in the parking lot. There was constantly people yelling, talking and coming to the hotel. I felt very unsafe and was afraid my vehicle was going to be broken into. We were woken up around 7am by the sound of cop sirens. Looking out the window over 6 cop cars showed up in the parking out and arrested someone. When leaving the hotel one of the cops expressed his concern for us being in the area and made sure we had another hotel to go to.

It’s a den. Creepy place. Feels unsafe. Bad smell. Very dirty. Such places can not be on the websites.

Only good thing in this place was one member of staff -Rose-she was nice and really helpful.The hotel is terrible, dirty,smell like a...We didn't feel safe and we didn't enjoy our stay.

This place looks sketchy and unsafe. Room is not what you expect from a $100/night. Front desk has no person staying and dimly lighted. Had to buz in to get to the front desk. Can’t trust to leave your belongings in the room. Photos in their website do not represent reality. You have to climb stairs to get to front desk. Good thing is we have enough time to transfer to another hotel.

Property looked like it was located in a sketchy part of town. Had to ring the door bell several times before front desk finally unlocked the door to let us in.

I went in to check into my hotel room, and no ones at the front desk. The only guy at the front desk was passed out in a chair behind the counter. I talked to another person taht was on their phone and after 5 minutes asked if I needed help. They said they overbooked their rooms so i have no other place to stay the night. The person then told me they’d be back real quick. After 15 minutes, no one came back so i called the front desk 3 times and on the 3rd time someone actually came out and told me to contact expedia. The person before came back with a drink and a plate of food and didnt even bother checking to see if they had an extra room. Terrible service. Would not recommend to anyone.

Owner was very accommodating. Unfortunately the hotel (?) was not. Sketchy characters inside and out. Dimly lit , dirty rooms.

Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel-my fiancé and I tapped out after a couple of hours. Drug deal in the parking lot as we walked in, homeless people standing at the front door asking for money and rides, you need to get let in by a buzzer. Smells like mildew and cigarettes, gal checking us in had a skillet of ham and a rice cooker going at the counter, so making her lunch as she checked us in. One towel, cigarette burns in duvet, toilet not flushed. We left to get dinner, vagrant sitting RIGHT outside our door watching our every move, more homeless/ druggies have since accumulated and are now in the building. We booked a different hotel over dinner and left without a word.

Two of the power outlets didn't work and were lose, there was no smoke detector in the room, there were no screens on the windows, no way to adjust the room temperature, the shower leaks. According to the person I talked to on the phone there was a frig in the room and there was not. Security during the day was lacking as this is in an area where the homeless camp. The place is a bit run down. Location is good.

Just be warned if you are very sensitive to noise. Some people make a lot of noise during the night: running in the hallway, talking very loud on the phone, etc. And it seems like noise insulation is not great. The place is located next to a high way so there are cars driving by constantly, which again adds more noise. Also, when the next room turns on the exhaust fan in their bathroom, again you will hear the noise and it's pretty loud at night when you're trying to sleep.

My room didn't have any towels, wash cloths, the bathroom door wouldn't open. The room doesn't have a phone. They kept my drivers license. My key card to get into my room did't work and they didn't offer me another one.

Dirty, no screens on windows, no pillowcase, overall very shoddy appearance, nothing like photos on website, only a bath towel, no wash cloth or hand towel.

Our room had stains and cigarette burns on the blanket, a sticky floor, and window that wouldn't close, writing on the bathroom door and overall very creepy, icky vibes. Not a fan.

Reservation not honored, a good thing that supported my cancellation in this sketchy place and surrounding area. Stay clear.

Room very crowded with furniture and not in good condition…paint etc. tv wouldn’t turn on Curtains didn’t block light Very noisy all night..from both outside sources and inside hotel Check in staff very friendly and helpful. Night staff grumpy and “doing their job”.check out staff, which may have been night staff, yelled from office to leave key card on counter…nothing else regarding my stay or a receipt.

My room has a window that can’t be closed and the staff doesn’t give a damn, saying she couldn’t do anything about it in a rude way. This makes the outside noise even more annoying. Someone played music in the middle of the night. The room didn’t have towels. And the pillows and quilts had a strong musty smell. The worst hotel I ever stayed.

I sent email about late checkin and shuttle service late night. It says 24 hour shuttle in description of hotel. No one ever responded to email. I called to talk with someone. They advised that light night I would need to take my own transportation and they would take that amount off of the room price. I’ll take Uber to the hotel and check in. The clerk at the front desk said they would not take that off the bill. That I needed to talk with the manager in the morning.

One walk in, we immediately decided not stay there. It’s terrible, dirty room, bad smell, someone shouted in a room near by. Hope Expedia will NOT to recommend this hotel any more. PLEASE !

The worst place to stay in the whole world. Looks worst than homeless shelters. Mattress bedsheets are very old and tear.

Place was in a seedy part of town. Parking lot was unlit. No lights around the front door. Just gave off the vibe it is a place that rents rooms by the hour. No chance I would have EVER stayed there had I known any of this. Not a place I would recommend to anyone other than my ex wife

OMG! They need to condemn this place.

Please do not book a stay here. The facility is in poor condition. The woman working at the front desk was not able to make a key card that actually worked for my door so she had to let me in with her master card and since I arrived late and had to leave early the next day I just never left the room because I didn’t have a way to get back in without her letting me in. There was no way to control the temperature other than open a window that had no screen and needed to be propped open with a wooden pole. At least the bed linen looked clean. Otherwise this was a horrible experience and I strongly recommend not staying here!

I was disappointed that the condition was not what was portrayed by Hotels.com. The lobby, the room, and the overall description was very misleading. The staff was friendly enough and as helpful as possible. Given the condition, I would expect the cost would have been less, even for Alaska.

It's the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in. The room was tiny, dirty and noisy. No breakfast included. Their airport shuttle does not operate on weekends. The Uber driver who took me back to the airport for my departing flight said this hotel was known to be used by "ladies of the night." It was a real downer, especially after the place I stayed near the Anchorage Airport on my arrival.

Never seen a grubbier place. Somehow they managed to have decent reviews when we booked. The building wasn't even the same colour as in the photos online! Avoid like the plague.
