This property is very clean and has a Texas roadhouse across the parking lot. Rooms are reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast extra.

Definitely on the low end of Hilton properties when it comes to quality of the facility. The whole building feels dated. The spa was out of service which was unfortunate and while the pool itself was pretty clean, the pool area was not so nice. They were also having major problems with the key cards which was a pain. The staff were quite helpful which helped make the stay better. Maggie in particular was VERY helpful! If it wasn't for the nice staff, I would have left pretty disappointed with my stay.

Booked 5 rooms for two nights, for myself and co-workers. Everyone seemed satisfied with the rooms, with the exception of mine. As you can see from the picture, around the AC unit was very dirty and the paint was peeling. The first bed appeared to have been slept from the condition of the sheets. Moved to the second one, was fine and comfortable.
Best thing going for this property is the staff, all were great.

The staff was great, clean, lots of amenities. At check in, it was shift change and my wife and I were waiting for a room. We were waiting for about 30 minutes after we checked in to get into a room. We also had to remind them that we were waiting. The staff did get us in a room quickly.

Hallways were very cold. Breakfast was very disappointing (way overpriced for sad quality/offering). Rooms were very meh. Location was weirdly remotely placed. Basically, the hotel was what I would expect at $99/night, not $300 or the ridiculous price I paid for this one. And I travel a LOT all over the country and the world - business and personal. This hotel needs help or a drop in price. Not very impressive.

Not clean in the room. Tissue with blood on it on floor by bed. Hair in sink and tub. Scum in tub. Please use some other cleaner. May have been different in other rooms. Did not say anything to front desk cause I did not want to deal with them again. The breakfast was not inclued. They want to charge 15 dollars for the same breakfat that is free in other lless expensive hotels.

The smelll of animal urine in our room was terrible. Pull out couch was not comfortable (I paid extra for 6 occupants. I would expect a suitable bed for guests 5&6.
The lobby and bar were nice looking and parking was super easy and free.

We are Hilton diamond members, and travel all over the world.. this is the first time we’ve had trouble with a Hilton hotel.
The air conditioning in the room was loud and took a very long time to cool the room… The refrigerator never got cold…our bedspreads were not the matching really soft comfortable bed spreads that you usually get when you stay in Hilton…the one bed spread was itchy so we didn’t use it. The bathroom door did not stay open and made the clicking noise… the toilet wouldn’t flush.
I would not stay at this hotel again..

We did not enjoy our breakfast. We ordered an omelet. The cook cooked the omelet with partially raw bacon. He inserted slices of bacon. Usually the bacon is broken into pieces! Not good at all!

Staff, service were great. However when walking in the hallway there were soft spots like eventually someones foot will fall through. Also in the room you could feel it leaning to one side.

Customer service and staff were friendly. The facility had a very musty smell which was a little off putting. All in all the facility is older but clean.

We have stayed here before, but after this trip, I think we are done and won't return. Not only was the air conditioning unit not taking the humidity out of the air, but the walls are so paper thin that both nights we were woken up at 1 and 2 in the morning with people partying next to us and loud talking out in the hallway, with doors slamming every so often. They also don't come daily to refresh the room (giving new towels, more coffee, etc. UNLESS you ask them to. We just feel the service is not what it used to be

Ask front desk to clean the bathroom multiple times and they did not. Stayed 3 nights and did not clean once.

There was a very questionable stain on the wall that I would rather not say what it looked like.. The fridge didn’t work.. lifted the mattress to check for bed bugs and the bottom of the mattress was covered in stains.. unfortunately had no time to talk to staff about these problems with the schedule I was on. Overall would not stay there again.

Rooms were not serviced when I walked in for the first time. Didn’t have towels, no soap, no toiletries.
This led me to believe no one cleaned the room.
The front desk was new and couldn’t help. The manager was too busy staying in the office to help the new front desk person.

Although close to the highway which was a convenient location for us, right behind the hotel is a field and then a very nice residential area. The hotel interior is updated and very sleek.

The property was very clean. Initial check in was quick and pleasant. Room fit our needs very pleasant.
When we went to get breakfast we were disappointed. We had 2 vouchers (our room purchase came with them) There was a “continental breakfast” buffet as well as a breakfast menu available.
There was one server on the floor. She was super busy (not her fault). The set up was a bit confusing.
I grabbed a menu to see what we were working with. The buffet had cold items like fruit, cereal, and muffins. The menu had hot breakfast available.
Long story short, this was gonna take some time. I understand they don’t have control over how busy they are. We ended up leaving and checking out before ordering.
-my son had an appoint with his specialist. We had about an hour to work with. We needed another option. He is on a high fat, high protein diet. Cold buffet wasn’t gonna cut it-
We checked out. I asked the front desk if we could get the breakfast refunded. She said that she needed to ask her manager. I left our room information and headed out.
I called to see if the refund had occurred. The manager I spoke to informed me she couldn’t give us the refund. One reason was that we purchased our room from a third party (Expedia). I told her I understood, but wish that there had been better clarification. She was very dismissive. I’m aggravated at yer lack of concern for my disappointment

Check-in was so pleasant. Patrick made sure our family had what we needed and the hotel is lovely.

The room was very noisy. There was no response to 3 requests to make the bed and clean up the room, and when they finally came on the fourth day, they left trash on the floor, did not empty the waste baskets, and did not clean the shower or the toilet. The ice machine was not working properly. The tv service was very limited and included no movie streaming services.

Hotel is nice. Room is very spacious. Only issue was our room wasn’t ready until almost 6pm.

Loved how comfortable and clean the rooms were. The staff was wonderful. Only negative is Expedia said breakfast is free, you DO have to pay either fresh made to order or for the continental. It is pet friendly and they were very courteous about our animals. Overall 4/5!

We booked our stay for a simple relaxing night to ourselves for our anniversary. When we booked we were not notified that the pool and spa were not working. Also the tv did not work and the fridge did not keep our food cold.
