Very nice and clean. Room very quiet as well.

We traveled with 2/3 of our granddaughters -the youngest was supposed to come but came down with Strep throat the Saturday before.. When we arrived the young man at the desk greeted us and was very friendly since we had the two granddaughters who couldn't wait to get swimming, he changed our room to the first floor close enough to the pool- wonderful! And when all the towels were used up before dinner he readily supplied us with 3 more plus a bath mat! The girls 7 and 8 yrs old gave the breakfast a 9/10 rating ( I would say 8/10- no hot water for tea and no honey!). We would return- we were pleased with the place overall.

We discover bedbugs in our room (#108) vacated the property at midnight. Avoid this hotel all costs!

We stayed here while attending a Concert at Foxwoods. We were pleasantly surprised by how wonderfully maintained the property is and how comfortable to beds are and spacious, clean rooms. Wonderful Channel options for TV viewing, Pool looked inviting and kids seemed to be enjoying it. Fitness Room has been upgraded and the complimentary breakfast had a nice variety to cater to pretty much everyone.
We will definitely stay here in the future! Note to management: Your staff is Amazing! ( date of stay- 4/6-4/7/24 )

The room was very clean, no issues there at all. The location was fantastic as we were at the casino both days. I highly recommend eating dinner down the road at Buon Appetito!! There’s a grocery store and Dunkin’s right there so that was convenient. My only complaint about this property was the temperature of the room. It was SO cold. Even when we tried adjusting thermostat it was freezing. Otherwise, great hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend it! The only problem was that the hotel lost power for some time during the night due to construction or something in the area.

The building is spectacularly clean and smells so good. I have stayed here 4 times and they are always so clean. The staff is friendly as well. Very good management. The only downside to this stay was stink bugs where our towels were stored. One got on my baby. Not really a big deal but just freaked me out. Also I would really like to see some gluten free breakfast options like: cereal, bagels and such. Same with the snacks they offer in the store. More gluten free options. But overall excellent hotel I love it.

I asked several times for new towels and trash to be removed but it only happened once during our 5 days. Also the person to the right of our room was smoking a substance because it kept smelling up our room.

Omg the pool area was so cold water was freezing my kids couldn't even swing in it the room floor makes so much noise when you walk you can hear kids running in the hall way middle of the night....

The first room I was in had no heat so I had to be moved. The exit door at the end of the first floor could not be manually closed. It seemed to be on some type of timer or weighted system so it took several minutes to close. This was a bit of a safety concern. There was nothing hot for breakfast which prior reviews had stated was available. Staff was friendly and room was modern and clean.

Great location, quiet and safe, close to area activities, easy check in/out. Staff was great, room was clean and offered good amenities. The room was very dark, however, which gave it a depressing, less cozy feel. I would definitely recommend another light or two. I was also a bit disappointed with the limited snacks available for purchase. They were unhealthy and unappealing, many just cheap, salty snacks. More variety would have been quite welcome! Overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Walls were very thin. The people in the room next to us had a great time all night long! Was woken up by a dog barking at 6am. Greasy handprint on the headboard that could have easily been cleaned with some furniture polish if the people cleaning had done a thorough job. Beds were hard and not comfortable. Refrigerator in room was loud and sounded like it was dying. We had to unplug it to try and sleep. Breakfast in the morning was nothing impressive very basic continental. Would not stay again.

We love staying here! The hotel is clean, quiet, and friendly! The coffee is delicious!! The breakfast is decent, the watet is nice and hot, the beds are comfortable! Highly recommended!

2nd time I've stayed that I pre-booked the 'Deluxe double view room w/ King' and both times ended up in a standard room with one side window and a view of the roof, a wall, and the air conditioning unit. The hotel wasn't nearly full.
