My Room was exceptionally clean, the bed felt great, microwave & fridge.... Thats all i need to be content. Checking in was quick & easy, to the point. One more thing that I must add, Management is A One of a kind Guy, seems very knowledgeable, soft spoken, professional. Overall,,, Great experience, definitely 5⭐ on a 2⭐ budget.

Owner was very attentive to our needs and very friendly. Building is dated as most are in that area but very clean. Safe, free parking.

We've stayed here a few times and the owner is nice and and very helpful in any way. The price was cheaper then some of the other hotels . We would stay here again.

Very friendly staff. Rough condition. There is a loading dock behind the inn where trucks will unload beginning at 6am.

I didn’t like the guest next door and also the guest upstairs being so loud.

This property very clean but the rooms were very dated, curtains falling apart, just in general needs some TLC.

A nice hotel, reasonably priced and well maintained. Staff is friendly and outgoing. If you’re not looking to break the bank, and get a room for a night or two. The bay shore is great stay!

The building was clean, but there were a few roaches in our first night. Manager was very kind and helpful! We received a free upgrade!

Nothing good to share. Disappointed in how the reservation was made. When I checked in I didnt get the room I had wanted with one bed. Instead given a room with double beds and not a working shower and no running water. And that was the only room available.

Extremely comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Heat / cold unit functioned excellent, tv, fridge and micro all functional. Spacious bathroom, hot water and good shower pressure. Parking lot and exterior grounds maintained well. Clean room.

Front desk staffs were very courteous and helpful during our check. Manager even greeted us with friendliness. Thank you for a very restful night!

Convenient location, but dated, older motel. Kept clean and with friendly service.

The staff is outstanding! The rooms however are fairly dumpy and old, for the amount of money per stay. However, this is quite typical in Ventura; I have stayed so many different places for work.

There were people living in the hotel that were very noisy. Room in bad condition multiple repair holes in wall not painted cabinets and dresser with doors and drawer broken off of each.

Room needed to be swept and the restroom floor felt like I was going to fall through the floor. Toilet was lose and the shower entry was small.

The motel is old but the owner is the kindest most genuine soul. There is a lot of foot traffic just for informational purposes. The rooms are clean.

Overall the rooms are like your at home setting. Comfortable like you are home. Close to everything food shopping mall freeway. 👍

The staff was wonderful. The bed was really comfortable. Over all very nice.

Cockroaches in bottom room by maintenance room. They knew and still rented to me.

Parking lot was crowded, people hanging out in stairs. Sketchy people don’t n bikes in parking lot.

Shower head leaked..slow replacing dirty towels..other quiet and comfortable

This was my 1st time staying at Bayshore. I booked the room then proceeded to call them and guarantee I was coming but would be after 6pm. , I arrived after 10 pm and was greeted by the owner Mr. Patel. He looked tired but happy and kindly told me he had been waiting for me to arrive, also thanked me for phoning in on the late show. I must say that Ive never in my life met such a humble hotel owner that is not wrecked from owning not only that hotel but two others. Mr. Patel had to help some other customers and the interaction was truly sincere while he gave advice to one and handed another the breakfast muffin that he was supposed to eat. I was intrigued so i then asked a few questions and heard some great stories on how he went from nothing to owning multiple properties. And hes still as happy and humble and loves his job. Inspired the crap outta me. So with that said even though the rooms arent super up to date and maybe its not the best part of town or the have the classiest customers. Its has a man that would give his last room to a family that was struggling for free over a high priced lawyer that could pay thousands to stay. and even offer a meal, or a job onsite. This man goes above and beyond to help people. So everyone should go say hi and give him a hug and thank him. I made a new friend and have my Fridays booked there from now on and i feel pretty damn good about.. Thank you Mayur see you again. Next Friday ;)

I was surprised by the cleanliness of this place. It looks to have recently been remodeled. The manager was pleasant.
