Both elevators out of service… front desk unable to help… had to call the Hilton main customer service so they will only charge for one night and refunded for the second one so I could go to a different hotel with functioning elevators… not coming back to this property sadly… second visit with elevator issues… terrible bland breakfast!

Stay was great, however, I selected a king bed, room with breakfast and when I checked in, the room was not what I selected nor the breakfast included.

I was charged $25 over my stated stay charge of $180. I was not aware of it until a CC alert told me the amount. The front desk folks said it’s standard and I’ll be charged the originally stated amount of $180, not $205. That remains to be seen. The carpet in the room was stained in spots, bed was below average in comfort, desk chair arm vinyl was nearly completely peeled off, room had a musty odor. Furniture was dated, tiny tv, tv remote barely worked. Total cost of $180, or 205, was excessive considering the condition of the room. Won’t stay here again for this price. Other hotels in Sherman charge about $60 less for comparable to better conditions.

We travel in hotels monthly and this was the first time ever that as a family of four with 2 queen beds we could not have even 2 extra pillows. The AC screeched all not long and one of my children did not sleep that night. Plumbing was bad, no drain on tub so my children could not take a bath. No conditioner in dispenser, enough soap for 1 persons shower. Tried to go to the market for snacks for my kids and it was almost completely empty. Bought a microwave mac and cheese for my daughter and asked for a fork and was told "We don't have any." For $160 this is extremely disappointing. Will never stay at any Hilton Garden Inn again.

Took over 2 hours to check including 45 mins on phone with Expedia trying to get good confirmation number for hotel. Didn't get room that i reserved on-line, room had old chicken nuggets on floor from past guest.

The shower only had cold water. Room service only tidy up part of the room and just leave the rest.

The redeeming quality was the super friendly and helpful staff. But won’t stay here again. Pillows were miserable, AC didn’t work very well, toilet was clogged, bedding was meh.

Lackluster hotel that really only has it amenities going for them. The rooms are dated and beds were not comfortable at all. The location and environment were quiet, but overall not worth the price we paid.

screwed up our rooms and lost our booking. they were not friendly or helpful in getting it resolved. had t wait til the next day to speak with the day manager. Rooms are comfortable enough but the place is pricey and not worth it.

In my room (313) there were spider webs above the beds and around the standing lamb. This made me concerned about the cleanliness of the room.

We asked for a couple of extra pillows at least three times. They never arrived, even though we were told (each time) that they were on their way.

We enjoyed our stay, and the facility was great. I still don’t understand why Hilton charges you $15 for breakfast, but it is what it is as they say.

There were hair in one of our beds. My step daughter couldn’t sleep well because she felt gross after seeing hair on bed. We complained to the guy working at the front desk he provided a new sheet but he should offer another room. The property like rooms, doors need renovation. For a Hilton garden we expected a better hotel since it was not cheap. I barely complain about the hotels I stayed in but this was not great. Kelly
