Location

1. Elevator out of order. 2. Front desk clerk did not know elevator was out of order and put us on the third floor. It was his first day, and he was left there alone. 3. Only room on them first floor had one bed and a sofa. The sofa was stained. Would not have sat on it let alone slept on it. 4. Breakfast was terrible bagels were hard, muffins were stale, cheap yogurt, only fresh fruit was two oranges, no bread for toast Worst breakfast I have seen in a hotel cleaning breakfast was included. 5. Cost was similar to other ones close by. But considering it was way overpriced. 6. I never should have picked a hotel with an overall rating below seven but didn’t think comfort ends had sunk that low. 7. Don’t ever stay there.

The location and the front office staff

The inside is very dated and need upkeep. The showers had mold in them. The toilet ran all night. The door frames made me worry that anyone could shimmy their way through without putting my effort into it. Huge gap between door frame and door, the lock inspired no faith from me. I bought door stoppers to use for my room and the other room just so I could feel some sort of peace about being there.

The swimming pool was down and that's was the main reason I book there to get in a pool and unwind

Good location

Room had bad smell when you walked into room. There was no ice on first floor. No bread and eggs looked like overdone flying saucers with burnt edges at breakfast .

I didn’t have any complaints

I like that it was comfortable to be there and the pool and hot tub were great although the hot tub could have been hotter.
