The staff were so nice only was there to sleep while I visited my daughter but they always greeted us.

The check in was a breeze and the lady who checked us in was lovely. Could not have been nicer. The lobby is clean and decorated for Halloween. Makes it feel festive and homey.

Exceptional

Overall, our stay was OK. Did have to be moved from one room to another due to a loud noise coming from there. Hot water system in the room next to ours. Also did have to ask for clean towels in our room to be made reason it was not done Was because still on Covid protocols morning breakfast was great. Overall experience was OK.

This was the cleanest hotel I have stayed in in ages! The whole staff was wonderful and I would highly recommend and plan to stay there again when visiting my daughters.

Friendly and welcoming check-in despite the fact that the staff was dealing with a technology issue and the credit card reader was performing poorly; their customer service skills shone through and they did a fantastic job. Robert especially went above and beyond with his customer service and hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Beautiful hotel, very clean, beautifully decorated and maintained. Not a single area in the hotel needed more attention/repairs. Very nice free breakfast and all day tea/coffee. Staff very friendly and helpful! I’ve stayed at many Hilton hotels and this was one of the best. Lots of amenities. Highly recommend

The Hampton Inn's used to be my mainstay, but this one is a far cry from the standard set by Hilton. The breakfast was just okay, some food items ran out 45 minutes before they close breakfast but items were not replaced, when we asked the staff just said we missed them! The oatmeal was not quite luke warm. They were out of bagels, english muffins and pastries, just white bread left, and this was 9:15am! No apple juice, in fact the only juice offered was orange...the rest was flavored water! The 24-hour coffee station was cold. Cold coffee, cold 'hot' water, etc...it was undrinkable. The desk staff were courteous and the hotel room was clean, the only reason they got a 3 star rating! Without your staff I would have rated your hotel a 1-star! I do not recommend this Hampton Inn, others are better but not this one!
