The breakfast was included and was excellent. There was a very comfortable large area of the lobby. Our room was very large with a sofa bed and extra TV adjoining the main part of the bedroom. it was the same price as a regular king room.

It was on the main highway. So there was no where to walk. And we could hear the people on the floor above us. We were on the ground floor facing the parking lot and could easily be seen. However an excellent restaurant was just up the main highway where the hotel was so that was a real advantage.

There was no daily room service to clean up the room but perhaps it's the policy no but I was too busy to ask.

Location

The fact that the pool pump was broke and the pool was closed and was not given a discount on their rate.

The location was very close to Clarkson University where we needed to go. The room was spacious and toiletries were provided.

I specifically requested to have the 2 rooms close to each other BUT we didn't get it. We were placed in 2 separate floors. The breakfast was okay, no staff available to assist if you have questions.

BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS. THE CONVENIENCE. AWESOME VARIETY. I liked the bagels, and french toast and orange juice best, YUM!!
