I felt that for the price I paid the rooms could have been a little bigger and cleaner. The grout was coming away from the tub wall and it was a long crack all the way down the wall. Overall my stay was a two out of 10.

The property was quiet and clean. Easy to check in next store and room items were refreshed daily. A bit pricy, but hoping to book earlier and get a better deal for next year. Making plans already!

Room was clean, small but had all the necessities, although when we returned from the boardwalk I noticed the carpet was wet by the window. There was not really anyone to tell as there were no phones in the room to call the front desk , nor was there anyone there to tell as they only seem to be there during check-in.

The room did not have a lamp so dim light above kitchenette sink was only light source. In bathroom, there was no shower curtain. The sheet for main bed had several orange stains.

Property was clean. Average room but clean. Check out time was 10am. I put a Do not Disturb sign on door and left a few things in the room. This was 8:30. When I came back, the maid had taken my stuff and went through refrigerated items and threw away. THIS WAS 9:30. Would never stay here again.

Location is close to beach and good restaurants.

Location,check-in, staff, room size for two ,and parking were great. The cleaning of the room needs to be inspected more closely. There were splatters of some liquid. Which came off with some elbow grease with a wetone wipe.

We weren’t sure what to expect. It’s in a great location. Short walk to beach. Everyone was very helpful and polite. I was a bit concerned with safety given the back door into the building was open all night and the locks on the doors weren’t that great. But all in all, we’d stayed there again for the price and location.

Expedia offering things they don’t have , they don’t have anything, and what ever they have not working , leaky bathrooms, dirty floors , shaky beds , parking for motorcycles using for cars make lots of dents on the cars , no service desk , nothing to drink, not even cups available, nobody clean the rooms , used same towels for 2 days . they have bunch of different places to fool the customers like Happy days in , key west , Quebec, these are few I knew. there is no place to sit inside . This room is not even worth for $25 a night but Expedia charged almost $1000 for 2 days , according to the hotel management they don’t even get $100 for a day . So in my opinion greedy Expedia did a very bad job , and I am planning to dispute it .

This place is tiny, I wouldn't suggest it for any more than two people a room. But for my husband and I it worked fine. Can't get any closer to the beach! The room was clean but everything is in a desperate need of a renovation. But for the location it's worth it!

Was trying to save some money but this was not the place to save it. Below average facility. Original building from the 50s with no noticable updates except the TV. The remote didn't work and had to find where the buttons were on the TV itself. The bathrooms is horrible. No real updates of any kind in this facility. Only saving grace was the location to the beach.

Perfect location with free parking. Steps from the beach. Room is small and outdated, but it was clean! Best place for the bargain price! We would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay at Clarem Happy Days Inn. Our room and bathroom were small, but clean and totally adequate for two people. At check in, Toni was really nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was great, but they keep the doors wide open to the public, a little weird and unsanitary, anybody can come sit in the lounge area anytime. No worker on premises. Also no ice machine, a real bummer. Shower head was busted along with microwave was rusty & old

It's take a time to find registration and check in. Anyway staff is friendly.

I like that the staff are very helpful and I had an issue when I first got there and it was taken care of right away. What I didn’t like was that my AC unit was extremely loud and seem to scream all night long no matter what level you put it on. They may need to update their units a little bit

To begin with, I had to go to a different location to check in. Once check in was done as I’m about to enter my room, 2 girls starts coursing because they were in the room. That’s right, I was given a room that was already occupied! After being afraid of the ladies that were ready to jump me, I had to walk all the way back to the other location with my bags to get another room. This was the worst experience ever!

The room was great and was a perfect price. Water pressure in the bathroom wasn’t great but didn’t bother us at all. Staff was so nice and it wasn’t super crowded so it was quiet at night. Being right next to the boardwalk was amazing too! Definitely staying here again this summer.

Last minute stay for the price. Went to sleep at midnight out by 6 for home!
