I contacted customer service and now a day after returning from our stay, they still haven’t replied. Thank goodness for other guests checking in who had a binder with the wifi password and for Sharon, your friendly maintenance person who happened to be onsite changing door access pad batteries on another unit. She solved our issues and really cared. All thumbs down for the owner/manager of this property. Your guests are really on their own there. Service is zero. No phone, no USB port for charging devices. No blind on skylight, so you’re awoken at sunrise, Not enough towel racks for used towels, black mildew at base of shower walls. Mattress isn’t good. Too many stairs and no elevator. We climbed to the second floor, then opened our unit door to be met with another steep flight of stairs inside the unit to get up to our room. Batteries were low on the keypad. No welcome binder with instructions fir wifi, A/C. No one answers customer service emails. Make sure you have a cellphone and it’s charged before you go. Also not good if you aren’t good with stairs or have more than minimum luggage. There is no one there to help you.

The folks at the Kemptville Suites have obviously put a lot of thought and care into the property. The exposed brick, limestone, and wooden beams are gorgeous, but the fully stocked kitchenette, complimentary snacks, and suite of products in the bathroom (including the best hair blow dryer I've ever used, not your typical hotel dryer) really made our stay. We contacted the hotel in advance twice and both exchanges were incredibly professional and pleasant, and we were able to modify our original booking and check in early which was a huge, unexpected bonus for us. We'd recommend the Kemptville Suites to anyone.

This was a great stop on the way to pick up our son at camp farther north. We appreciate the ease of getting into the sweet room and all the amenities. The kitchen was full of nice treats and very modern. We truly felt comfortable and would stay again.

The property is lovely. It was a brief stay as we were visiting relatives before heading east. The TV didn't work. Access to Netflix or YouTube only which was a bit disappointing after a day's drive. Not a big deal. The suite is beautiful, the bed and bedding (thanks for going European!) were so comfortable. Would stay again when in the area. It is quite charming. Thanks for the snacks and warm welcome.

Excellent property. among the best I have stayed at. Would definitely stay again - clean, quiet, well appointed, with high quality details that made it clear they care about their customers and want repeat visits. Friendly and thoughtful staff.

A beautiful repurposing of the old mill ( and ice cream parlour)

The jacuzzi tub had the jets disconnected so it was just a big tub. the roof is paper thin and you can hear everything that the people above you are doing. Other than that was a good place to stay.

Wonderful stay. Details were much appreciated from snacks to variety of coffee/tea to robes and makeup wipes. Well Done !!

Spacious , clean, comfortable

Very spacious ‘room’ - basically apartment. Very comfortable with a great vibe. The finishes were gorgeous and the kitchenette has everything you would need. Very large bathroom. I don’t have a single negative thing to say. My whole family loved staying here.

My siblings and I have stayed here multiple times. It is clean, well appointed, affordable, quiet and easily accessed. The historic elements of the building have been respected and beautifully restored, while the artwork is interesting, the buding is quiet, and we had evertthing we needed, from tea, water, complimentary snacks and a choice of pillows. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend this property.

Such a unique hotel. Beautiful heritage building and very nicely appointed room. Classy. Walking distance to restaurants and the river.

We had a great time. Felt pampered in hotel and for the size of Kemptville, it has a surprising number of nice spots to eat and do some browsing. Beautiful old buildings and pretty river running through. Close to Brockville, Merrickville, Ottawa so we made several stops before and after our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean and comfortable. We had access to Netflix, which was fine, however, we couldn't watch other channels. Nonetheless, we were pleased with the cleanliness and complimentary snacks!

Awesome stay

Great little studio apartment (Unit #4). Bed is super comfy. French press coffee and tons of snacks. STAIRS so NOT ACCESSIBLE for disabled.

Something a little different and off the beaten path, but a real nice change from a standard hotel room. Would return again…

Lovely room. Had a bit of an over powering scent. But it was very welcoming!

There was no front desk. There is a passcode that I only received after I had left home. I was not aware of the passcode, so I had to call the emergency # late at night when arrived, possibly the passcode should be texted to a phone# as I did not bring my computer.

So cozy. Loved the in-room jacuzzi

A beautiful little hidden gem in Kemptville. The room was very clean, the bed super comfy and the room had all the amenities you could think of. It was very well thought out. Walking distance to great little coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect, so clean and comfortable. I would recommend this place to everyone.
