Small building with seven suites in downtown Kemptville. My suite (No. 3) was fantastic. Double bed, very comfortable with duvet covering. lounge area with Roku TV.
Kitchen area included mini fridge/freezer, microwave, counter top cooker/toaster.
Complimentary coffee/tea and snacks.
Bathroom large and water pressure great for a wonderful shower.
Ample parking outside.
Access was by a code for the doors. No staff on site.
This was just by the river and grocery store within walking distance.
Overall, better than most other hotels I have stayed in around the world.

Clean, very comfortable beds, loved the fact that they thought of everything a guest would need. Highly recommended. Great location to get to 1000 island or nearby towns

What a beautiful place. It was a little challenging to find in the dark but with Brandy's help we got there. The parking lot was well lit and the entrance was easy to find from there.
We were very impressed from the time we arrived. The room was beautiful and well layed out. Very comfortable bed and couch! The bedding was perfect and the little snacks were a wonderful added touch.
My 6'6" husband enjoyed the luxurious shower which is an underrated amenity for those who are of average height.
We would highly recommend the Kemptville Suites to anyone staying in the area and we are definitely going to stay again for future trips to the area. Thank you for an easy reservation, confirmation and payment process.
