I love this location it’s well managed and clean I stay here a few times a year.

Good location. Easy to get to and from Louisville east side dining and bourbon places. Loved that Hampton and Home2suites had combined facilities so I could access my peloton account for a workout. Was a pleasant surprise! Great experience. Breakfast was pretty good too. Thanks

The people at the front desk were helpful, the room was comfy and clean. Everything was stocked. Breakfast was fair but hot. I had a small billing issue which was resolved super fast. If you want a negative, I'd have to say the pillows were a little soft.

Overall the hotel was great. Pool coil be a little crowded and breakfast line got long with one waffle maker and food running low.

Front staff was excellent. Friendly and efficient. Check-in was easy. Everything we needed for an overnight stay. Comfortable beds, ample linens, heat and air was easy to operate. Appreciated the charging outlets. Variety for breakfast was above most offerings at other hotels. The 3 AM false fire alarm was something we’d not expected, but a new adventure. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Due to local power outage my family (2 adults and 2 children) stayed here for two nights. The hotel is overall clean and maintained. It is probably difficult to keep everything 100% when people come and go daily. The rooms are average size with what looks like updated furnishings. The beds were comfortable and the extra blanket in the closet was good to have. My only dislike about the room was the closet and bathroom doors are the same barn door style that slides. No way to lock the door because the mechanism that would was broken off. Additionally, the shower pump pulses and is not a feature but a bug of the system. If you want a steady stream of water, it's boiling hot or ice cold. If you want warn water, the water flickers out of the shower head. The breakfast was to be expected and the dining room furniture is worn down but not atypical. There are plenty of convenient store items for sale in the lobby. We chose the area due to the lack of surrounding nightlife and expectation that the hotel would be safe. There is a office park surrounding the property and you don't get more boring safe than that. Overall, good for the money even in inflated times.

This was perfect for our quick stop along our trip. There were games in the lobby for the whole family, and breakfast had a variety of options.

Facility was as expected but found a wad of 3 or 4 dirty balled up towels under the bed near the head of the bed like someone had put them there on purpose. I asked for them to be removed and they were with a nice apology but still made me question the cleanliness. Also smelled of flowery cleaning supplies that were so strong, I could taste it.

the breakfast buffet was out of waffle mix and milk. noone around to ask for supplies. asked for the room to be refreshed - make beds and fresh towels. was not done. The pool was cold. We had trouble with the room keys. Couldn't get into pool area. Couldn't get into the room on 2nd day. had to have keys reissued both times. will not stay here again. very disappointed.

Nice clean place to stay

Clean and comfortable

Key did not work at check in. That should of given us an indication of the hotel. Room is small. Bed is lumpy. Shower had mold. Only gave two towels so had to ask for towels each day. Breakfast was not eatable. Watery oatmeal, eggs were horrible. This place needs to be torn down.

We enjoyed our stay here. Technology upgrades (USB, extra outlets, etc) are good. Sustainable toiletries. Nice breakfast. Away from downtown (by Costco) but accessible via highway.

No dislikes. Efficient check-in, clean rooms and serivce 7 reasonable cost
