Toilet didn’t work : I fixed it myself, worn/scraped area in floor of shower, ottoman worn , one elevator out /not working/ outside hotel sign lights are out.

It was a great place to stay for our diverse youth team on a long trip.

Huge hole in parking lot, common areas seemed a little dilapidated

Room had trash in it when arrived and the whole hotel had a strong musty smell.

The air conditioning was out in the lobby and common areas, due to a lightning strike a few days before we arrived. On our last day our room air conditioner was not working. The management was doing their best to repair the problems.

Kind staff, clean, nice pool, nice rooms, quiet. Great stay, especially for a family with young kiddos. They have cribs and extra sheets to use.

The building had been stuck by lightening so one elevator wasn't working but it didn't hamper moving around. Breakfast was good, beds comfortable, staff friendly.

I set my reservation months out, so a call about the hotel's condition would've been appreciated. Apparently it was struck by lightning over 10 days ago so there were a host of issues. Most of the air conditioning was out in the hotel and rooms making it very uncomfortable at 81 degrees all night with the inability to open a window. Second, the hotel room keycard machine was down, so every time you wanted in your room you had to go to the front desk and receive an escort to be let into your room. The same escort was necessary to use the gym or the very cold pool. To top it off, one elevator was out making very long wait times to get upstairs. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, that was the only redeeming qualities this stay.

Cards did not work on any of the doors. Had to be ushered by the 1 working person at the front desk. Was dark in the lobby and hallways. Would not return.

Employees were great. The lady in the afternoon especially. She was cheerful and she also handeled the issues she was dealing with like a pro. Everything else was Disappointing. For starters there card reader to open hotel rooms broke down and it made it so the employees had to come unlock our doors every time we left the room. That also goes with the Pool, we had to get let in. I also feel like the room felt dirty and we were lacking in towels at the pool and we had very few in our room. Also the air conditioner in the room was set at 78 degrees and it took a very long time to get it below 70. The room and the building in general were very warm. Before we went to bed, we were going to play some TV to get our toddler to calm down and relax. Unfortunately the TV near the bed was not playing cable. I looked behind the TV and saw that the coax was plugged into the TV. Thankfully the 2nd TV in the room was working but that meant not being able to lay in bed and instead sit on the couch. After a long day of traveling and site seeing coming to the motel exhausted and ready to relax, sadly instead the experience we received added to the exhaustion as well as caused un needed stress.

We had a wonderful stay here! The room was great! We especially thought the pillows and beds were comfortable! We were disappointed the pool wasn't able to be used, but would still 100% recommend this hotel. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options to make our whole family happy. My husband loved the eggs with cheese!

Front desk service was great! We really appreciated their help! However the facilities were in need of maintenance. The AC is our mutual room was broken but the staff moved us which was fantastic! The pool was closed due to poor ph levels. While the rooms did seem clean they needed some maintenance (toilet paper holder and towel bar broken, bathroom door wouldn’t latch).

There was noone at the desk when i arrived, just a sign taped to the computer saying they would be back. The room was 77 degrees when i entered and the air unit wasn't user friendly. The TV was not set up properly and i had to update the settings. There were no coffee cups to go with the in-room coffee station, making that useless. The Sundries are was bare with little or nothing to offer. The overflow parking was inconvenient, accessible via stairs requiring you to carry suitcases up and down from vehicle to hotel entrance.

Ugh - bad smell in hallways; I love their cinnamon rolls, but there were no other warm breakfast options…

The hotel needs maintenance. Breakfast was late and the hot food was not good.

There were two vehicles parked in the cross stripping in handicapped. I told the night clerk and showed her where. She said she would have then moved. I checked out the next morning and they were still there.

The pool was down. The front desk tried to charge my card 2 times, once and check in and check out.

Overall it was a nice stay. The pool was freezing and there's not a hot tub. The breakfast was great!

very nice Hotel, up to date and comfortable. Loved the toiletries - Dove products. Also had a great resturant next door called Herford House. Easy access and safe and secured area.

The room I was in, clearly had a large water leak in the room above, as the ceiling was stained. I had to fix the towel hook on the bathroom door to use. The door would not shut automatically without being pulled closed. No door stop to protect the wall. Outside of that, this was a nice location. Clean and the staff were friendly.

Just very dated, shower tile is bad, shower head was really bad.

This is a very nice hotel. We did a family weekend trip and the room with the pull out couch worked perfect for little ones to sleep on. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.

It's a nice hotel. I've stayed there several times and plan to again.
