Absolutely love this hotel! Great location with clean, modern, beautifully appointed rooms. My home away from home when I travel to KC. Staff is very friendly. Haven’t used the pool or gym but they look very nice. Love having a fridge in the room! Also the hotel is next to a lovely green space with walking trails and a delightful, locally-owned Ethiopian coffee shop with exceptional coffee and pastries.

Had to wait for front desk staff to show up so I could check in (and it was around 7 pm, so not the middle of the night). I get that they need breaks but can’t someone else fill in for a few minutes? Tried a loud “hello” but got no response.

Our suite was extremely comfortable. The building was clean and quiet.

I would’ve like a little more variety at breakfast. Perhaps some bread for toast.

I was with grandchildren. They enjoyed the cereal but were looking forward to the waffles.

complimentary breakfast was good, hotel was clean, staff was great and location was perfect. a staff member that checked us in even offered to set out a cone in our handicap parking spot when we left for our concert because my husband who’s in a wheelchair was concerned there wouldn’t be any handicap spots left when we got back since it would be late. he was right and the only handicap spot left was the one she put a cone in for us! service like that is hard to come by and it was MUCH appreciated!

The shower was nice and the room location was good. Staff was friendly.

Didn’t have extra towels as requested in the room. The online picture of the pool was deceiving as the Pool was the size of a therapy pool not a swimming pool, so not much fun when you have more than 2 guest using it. Bed was not comfortable for my husband.

we booked a room through this site, when we arrived we waited for awhile because no staff were anywhere in site, finally a lady came to the desk on her cell phone talking to someone about how they had given a guest that checked in prior to us a dirty room, after she ended her call she told us the room we had reserved was actually no longer available and we would need to stay in a smaller room or find a different hotel.

breakfast was ok. I didn't leave hungry.
