Four Points by Sheraton Kansas City Olathe

Good location, loved the bathroom and having an actual shower door. Loved the complimentary hand soap. Keurig in the room

I did t like that there wasn’t a free breakfast. Even coffee in the lobby would been nice.

Very clean

Expensive but what isn’t

Loved having the soccer fields right next to the hotel. Made it so convenient for the soccer tournament!

the room was quiet, and the personnel was friendly.

for this price I expect a normal A/C system, not a loud in-room unit. But when there is a room unit, at least make it possible to open a window instead. Also, the location clearly was so remote it took 40' for a Lyft driver to arrive for a 8' ride to my meeting. No hotel shuttle was available either. Lastly, when I booked the hotel, initially I called the Sheraton reservation line: the price they quoted me was ~$50 higher than the booking.com price and the person on the phone was not very forthcoming.
