Very good value for the price. I have been traveling around the USA over the past few weeks and this property cost less than half of what I have paid at other hotels for the same or lower quality rooms. Best shower I have had in weeks with fantastic water pressure.

We often stay here when we go snowboarding at Mt. Shasta. Clean rooms and helpful staff at an affordable price. Will definitely be staying here again.

I was really hesitant on where to stay last minute since I am travelling alone , I am glad that I went with this choice, I feel safe it is clean and staff was very welcoming! Great deal for an amazing place

Lobby receptionist was very professional, very welcoming and great communication! Plan to come back when coming to Mount Shasta!

Checked-in to the Inn at Shasta and was promptly greeted by the clerk. The lobby is small but cozy. The clerk, Topaz I believe was her name, was very kind and friendly. Unfortunately, my small car was stuck in the snow in the drive-in of the establishment and she kindly helped my girlfriend and I get it into the parking lot. She then salted the drive way for others after. The room we were in was very clean and well kept. Modern yet humble I was very pleased with our room. Fitted with a tv, small mini fridge, Dish satellite, microwave, coffee maker and ice bucket. The small room is also fitted with a small couch, coffee table, king size bed and complimentary bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, lotion and hand soap. For the price 10/10 recommend.

Both front desk, staff (checking in and checking out) were very pleasant and friendly & also helpful with information on local places to eat, etc. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Great location. Nice view of Mt Shasta from the property. The housekeeping staff person even chased me down in the parking lot with my phone charger as we were leaving.

Check in with Topaz was great, she’s super friendly and professional. Our room was obviously not remodeled yet and having all the construction equipment taking over the parking lot was inconvenient. But overall for just an overnight stay we were comfortable enough.

This waa a lovely hotel..clean, quiet and the service was great. The young man who checked us in was very helpful and suggested a great pizza place for dinner. We will definately be back.

Not a fan of this “hotel”, it’s more like a hotel. The bed is super uncomfortable with sand paper feeling sheets and horrible pillows. I would not recommend staying here.

This place was a great deal for the quality. We stayed in November and they were so friendly. The room was clean and had all the basics needed. But add in a firepit and a handwritten note from housekeeping welcoming us, and you have quality!

Rough check in. Three tries to get working keys. Comfortable but could be cleaner. Has seen better days, could use some love. Front desk was helpful through in all.

I've stayed here a few times on my way up/down the coast. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean. It is conveniently located to any amenities you may need -- grocery, food, Starbucks, etc. The rooms are large enough where you feel there is plenty of room to put items and not be crowded. It's a great place!

The room was great and the staff was wonderful. I would highly recommend Mt. Shasta Inn.

The In at Mt Shasta was clean and comfortable. The room was very large and had a full size couch for relaxing after a long hike. The outdoor fire pit was lit in the evening and was a great place to unwind.
