We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to return. The manager and staff are super friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. They gave us lots of invaluable hints and tips, organized taxis, etc. Stepping into the riad is like an oasis of calm and peace coming from the hectic streets of the Medina. This is no 5 star polished and absolutely perfect hotel, but a safe haven with lots of character. The rooms are cosy, the beds are comfy, the breakfast excellent, and the communal spaces calm and welcoming. It was also a pleasure to sit in the courtyard or on roof terrace playing boardgames and sipping mint tea. So relaxing after a day exploring the city.

Nice property in hustle and bustle

Totally recommend staying at this RIAD. We stayed for 3 days we were treated like royals. The staff was super nice and atentive. They were always nice and smiling and helping us if we had any questions regarding Marrakech such as how to get a taxi, the food even what should product cost when we go to the souk and dont get ripped off. They served breakfast which was really nice variety of bread and pastries. My husband is Gluten Free they were able to accomodate breakfast for him ( pancake,bread,cake). The location is quite and secure. Its located really near the main square and souks ( 6 min walk). They speak really good english. The Riad is super clean and has a nice Morrocan style. I totally will recommend to my friends and family.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Riad. The building is stunning with fabulous decoration and authentic features. The staff are welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. The accommodation if a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of the square but is quiet and peaceful.

My husband and I recently celebrated both our wedding anniversary and my birthday together. We were fortunate enough to have a friend from Morocco who always had great things to say about her country. After being inspired by her stories, we decided to visit Morocco, which was an unforgettable experience! The culture, food, and hospitality were all amazing. We stayed at the Riad Andalla Spa Hotel in the old town, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic cultural experience. Once again, the most valuable part of our experience was the fantastic hospitality, safety, and friendly people we met. I would highly recommend visiting Morocco and this gorgeous hotel and I would love to go back again.

Wonderful stay. The staff was very accommodating and the room was clean, beautiful and spacious. I would highly recommend staying here while in Marrakech. The Riad is close to the hustle and bustle but also in a quiet area. It was a wonderful experience. We were traveling with our 1 year old and the staff was amazing with him. They treated him and me like royalty and as a mom it was wonderful to have a little break while they played and entertained my son. He LOVED them. We also used the spa and the massage was very nice. I would recommend the experience for a little down time on your vacation.

It was my first time in Marrakech (and my son's). WOW, what a lovely and amazing experience we had. The Riad Andallaspa is AMAZING. It's beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff made us feel at home, and were very kind + thoroughly knowledgable. It was extremely delightful to be there. The location is central - we felt like we could easily walk everywhere (for a scant 2 day trip). The breakfasts were hearty, filled with delicious foods and enough to energize us for hours! The staff went out of their way to be helpful and kind, which we genuinely appreciated (our family first time in North Africa and we were very unsure what to expect). Giving this Riad five out of five stars does seem adequate. Ten stars out of five would be more accurate. We will definitely be returning with the rest of the family to this Riad in the near future as two days was not nearly enough time to explore everything we wanted to! Marrakech is lovely.

The property itself was wonderful but what made it spectacular was the service and the people at the riad. They were helpful, pleasant, easy to communicate with and just very friendly and went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

The riad is beautiful and peaceful. It is close to the heart of the medina. The standouts are the staff who are ready to help with friendly smiles and useful suggestions. The staff is ever-present and go above and beyond to meet your needs. We had a marvelous stay and we were sad to leave.

Five star service. Beautiful luxurious room with so many lights! 😁 Clean, tidy and spacious. Lovely warm heating and hot water and good water pressure. Our room was on the top floor so breakfast area was just outside our room which was super convenient. Had a dip and a float in the lovely heated pool on ground floor. Super relaxing. Lovely riad in a safe area which we recommend to all. Great food, great hosts and lovely restful sleep.

Highly recommend this wonderful raid right in the middle of the old city—-shopping & street food abound! The staff absolutely goes out of their way to assist in anyway they can. I went shoe shopping; I was able to send a pic to the manager & ask if I was getting a good price; immediate response!

It was a wonderful experience at Riad AndallaSpa. The staff were all very helpful with accommodations, directions, and recommendations. Abdellah checked us in and made us feel immediately at home. The Riad is beautiful, newly renovated, and a perfect combination of modern comforts and classic Moroccan design. It is located very conveniently near the main square and all of the markets which made walking most places in the Medina very easy. The rooftop also offers a traditional Moroccan dinner.
