Lobby looked great but had a strong old lady perfume smell. My room had a vibrator in the dishwasher. I didn’t report it because it’s embarrassing. The bathroom had cigarette burns on the walls and in the shower, huge amounts of liquid nail on the wall where something was mounted. Also, the soap holder was broken into and tore half off the wall. The bed was incredibly and super soft like it was 100 years old. I would not recommend staying here.

Everything was good bed was a little hard and the hot water was warm. Also the microwave breakfast was terrible.

I found insects in my room and then i changed my room for other two rooms and both i faced the same insects into them.

The hotel was perfect for our NYE stay. We had 3 rooms total, 2 were adjoining. They had full kitchens which was awesome for preparing our appetizers. The rooms were very clean, the front desk people were so helpful and prompt and breakfast was an added bonus. The only thing I wish had been better was the pool. It was very small and the water was frigid. We did use it but only briefly. It was to cold for the kiddos.
We do recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

It was a decent say. The only issue i had was that the pictures showed a double room. This is what we usally stay in at homewood suits. When we got our room it was a single room suit. Still a nice and clean place just disappointed not having the double room.

Very nice hotel, the room was very clean and spacious! Had a two person sofa with an ottoman full body mirror on the wall with a desk to do any paperwork at along with a sink, cabinet, dishes and refrigerator. Sheets were super clean I even took them off and looked at the mattress and the mattress look very clean and new. Refrigerator was spotless bathroom was so clean I couldn't see any sort or anything anywhere! Carpet looked brand new and the room smelled really good. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to blue ash, Ohio!

Nice hotel, but my door was open when I checked in, the shower head slowly dropped when off and the hallways are legit colder than outside and it’s like 30 degrees out.

Clean and spacious rooms. Sound or noise level was well controlled as there were youth teams staying there too. You couldn't hear anything. Friendly staff at front desk

Card key access at the exterior doors on 2 of the doors did not work and we were advised upon checkin, but was a little inconvenient.

The stay was okay. Smells good when you walk in. The outside patio furniture isn't very clean.
However, this location wouldn't be my next choice. When selecting a room, according to the pictures, the delivery isn't clear. I booked a 1 bedroom king studio, with a sofa . From the pictures it seemed like it had a door, sperated from the living area, it doesn't. It's only a curtin. And when I went to the desk to see if I could change my room, of course they were "sold out". Custom service was TRASH! Breakfast was okay. We didn't leave with bed bugs so I'm happy about that. Overall, it's doable for a quick stay but I wouldn't stay again.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only minor complaints I had were that the breakfast was good but could have used a bit more of a variety and they only came in to clean once during my 10 day stay which I didn't feel was enough.

The first thing we noticed when we entered the lobby was how good it smelled! Our room was nice and clean. Front desk was helpful locating the bedding for the pull-out.

The gentleman at the front desk was not friendly at all and the shower has mold/mildew growing in the caulking.
Outside of these two things everything else has been perfect and amazing.

When I arrived, there was a huge loud party in the lobby. Not a big deal I guess. However, there’s no way to get into the hotel except for the fro t door, so it’s a long walk for parking to get your luggage in, or out (at least to return from taking your luggage out).
There was some sort of problem with the satelite or cable, so no tv and the staff was no help.
If you don’t mind walking a long way with your luggage and you don’t watch tv, and you don’t care if the staff is friendly and helpful, the place isn’t bad. Very clean.

Room was very spacious and clean. Loved the fact that it had a full size fridge and microwave. Only issue was a few dirt spots on the walls other than that very decent hotel.

We love to stay at Hilton Home 2 U Suites because they are "Hilton Quality" properties, nice big rooms with large refrigerators - so great if you're traveling/vacationing by car. Also very consistent quality, high end bedding and toiletries. This hotel is very clean. Staff very kind and helpful. Very convenient "to go" or self serve breakfast choices.

Nice hotel, fairly clean. I had to clean the toilet in my room at check-in, the bottom of the seat was yellow...thankful I had lysol. Mattress and pillows aub-standard

Great hotel. Clean room and clean hotel. Loved walking into the hotel which smelled great. A suggested change would be to revamp some of the breakfast items. I grabbed an egg sandwich and I think it had bacon that needed to be cooked a little longer.

Lobby was nice. But everything else was ran down. Hair and fingernails under our mattress, bathroom door would close and there was rust stains running down the shower wall.

Stayed three nights for a family trip to Kings Island. Free coffee 24/7. There was always someone working the front desk. Free breakfast (make your own waffles, fruit, bagels etc.). We would stay here again.

The stay was good. They only thing was I guess the hotel now has new owners so things were a little different. Like it was a vegan breakfast for the weekend. But everyone is not vegan so I thought that was a little unfair. And a few other things that they did not have an answer for certain things.

None of the staff was willing to address any of our concerns. Our bathroom door was broken throughout our stay and unable to close. We were not relocated or recieved any acknowledgment of the issue.
