I travel to Cincinnati a few times a month and will always stay at this hotel. The breakfast is fantastic, the service is beyond exceptional. Everything about this hotel has been great.

Property and staff are nice. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good. They didn't give us new towels until we asked for them and the toilet ran constantly, but a good stay overall. I would stay there again but avoid the haunted toilet room.

Convenient location, close to expressway, yet quiet and safe. Walking distance to Starbucks and a few other restaurants. Great value for the money.

When we arrived, we were told Hotels.com had not paid for our stay, so we needed to wait around for them to conduct that business that they wanted us to do before we could check in. This was extremely inconvenient as it was Thanksgiving and we had just driven a far way to be in Cincinnati. Once inside, the bathroom smelled of mold, mold was visible in the shower with hairs that had clearly not been washed, the bed was smaller than we booked, and the layout of the room was inconvenient. The staff were cold to us and the breakfast was just fine. Overall, a disappointing experience.

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was nice and included protein options. The room/suite was comfortable and the bed was extremely comfortable. I slept well. My only suggestion would be to improve the shower water pressure.

Our first room felt dirty the moment we walked in we stayed a total of 3 nights the first morning we woke up to the sink by the mini fridge backed up and full of this rancid oily water mixture we were told it would be fixed came back that night and the sink was fixed but the mystery liquid was all over the counter the next morning it backed up again and i went down stairs informed the lady at the counter she was kind and accommodating and we got a new room then we moved our bags and everything and did a look around and this room seemed okay but then the bathroom sink was covered in what looked like tiny hairs? like someone shaved stubble over the sink and I went back down stairs informed them of this she called someone right infront of me to go check/clean up the room immediately I was just kind of over it at this point and was like it’s the last night I’ll just tough it out and never book here again when we came back that night the sink was slightly more clean it still had stubble in it but not as much as before. The manager at the front desk was super kind and apologetic about the whole thing which I appreciated but it’s the worst Hyatt I’ve ever stayed at and I usually pick them bc in my experience they’re pretty good clean hotels with few issues but I should’ve stayed at the embassy down the road that I was looking at.

Seems nice and quiet, off the road. Even though it's busy, it hasn't been overly noisy inside.

This hotel is a great value. For the price I can overlook a less than stellar breakfast. The staff was very friendly and the room was great

The property is essentially in an industrial park. They have cable but only about 15 channels. I got no room service the first 2 days. I I asked the third day and they said they would clean but all they did was bring a couple of towels and took the tip. They finally cleaned it my last day. The manager said they were changing systems but was essentially unapologetic. The property is much more antiquated than any other Hyatt Place I have stayed in.

The toilet was a little rough in 305. It had a slow leak and would need a touch of repair. Good front desk people.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The choices of snacks and drinks was not as plentiful as at other Hyatt places I have stayed at and the bar was lacking. The hotel was older and not quite as nice as I expected but it was clean. For the price I would stay there again - just with different expectations

This hotel does not meet the standards of a Hyatt hotel. It is definitely not a four star hotel. It’s upkeep is mediocre to say the least. We found undergarments of previous guest The light fixture seem to be a fire hazard. I am so tired of how everyone seems to be so nonchalant about the standards of what was once stood for something. The name Hyatt used to make feel like you would be receiving good service.

The hotel is a little on the older side but the rooms have been updated. It would be nice if there wasn't any carpeting in the halls or rooms. I feel like carpeting isn't the cleanest especially in pet friendly hotels. The walls are very thin so we kept the fan on high to drown out the conversations of people walking in the hall. Someone should figure out a soft-close system for hotel doors because people love to slam their doors. The free breakfast was typical of a breakfast for this caliber hotel. I did like how the toilet and shower are separated by a door but it was VERY tight shutting the door to that space. I would say it was an average stay. The rate was good so I guess you get what you pay for.

Service at breakfast was wondetful. Checking in late at night was a breeze and so accommodating.

We booked a king room with a sofa bed on a high floor. When we arrived we got a king bed and no sofa bed on the bottom floor next to the lobby where a party was going on past midnight. Unacceptable for three people and would not at all work with us.

I stayed at the Hyatt Place Cincinnati/Blue Ash for my weekend at The Cincinnati Comic Expo. It was a lot less expensive to get a hotel 20-25 minutes away from downtown than to get a room in the heart of the city. This hotel was nice. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the hot breakfast in the morning was good too. About the only thing I didn't like was the elevator was slow and sometimes squeaky. Sometimes it sounded like the cable was going to snap, but it never did. lol I would stay here again if I visit Cincinnati in the future.

They advertised having a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was outdoors and closed on Sept 12th.
