Lovely, cozy inn by the beach, but close to town. Walt was very helpful and had great advice for our visit. Would love to come back someday.

Walt was so accommodating and knowledgeable. He let us check in a bit early and gave us great advice for our stay. Our room is awesome and the property is beautiful. Can’t beat the location.

This little Inn was quite a surprise. The staff is wonderfully helpful. The pool area and fire pit is really nice. The shower was HOT! The location was great! The only complaint we had was that the beds for some weird reason are incredibly SQUEAKY! Not only did we wake each other up rolling over, but we could hear the people roll over in the next room.

What a gem Bay Breeze Inn is. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this fall and I can imagine how great this place would be in the summer being so close to the water/beach! It’s a very comfortable inn with close proximity to local amenities and attractions. We would stay here again when in the area!

Room, bed and shower all very good. Hotel is nicely situated very near to the coast. A nice touch laid on by the owners is that they light the firepit next to the swimming pool in the evening and provide marshmallows for toasting....a nice way to get into conversation with fellow guests.
What lets this hotel down is that they offer no breakfast at all. Having to start each day by having to go out searching for somewhere to eat is a real downer

The location was ideal. A very short walk to the beach and just a 3 minute drive to the center of Falmouth (it could be walked, but my wife and I aren't quite that mobile). The staff was more than friendly and helpful and the whole place was great.

Our stay at Beach Breeze was wonderful!! We loved the after dinner s’mores!

Guests were encouraged to enter the main kitchen in the inn for coffee or tea that was always available plus they served smores around the fire pit after dinner. There was a grill available along with The in room microwave plus a toaster oven if you didn’t want to drive to to town. One block away from the beach and shops and restaurants not much further. We shall return when we can stay longer

Lovely place nice and clean. Helpful staff with good knowledge of the area. No breakfast but plenty of good tea and coffee available all day and night.

Close to delightful town of Falmouth, in walking distance. Right on the water, near several public beaches. Ten minute drive to Wood’s Hole ferries. Clean, comfortable rooms. Great public kitchen, with coffee all day. Fire pits and s’mores. Pool. Beach towels and other seaside amenities provided. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

The Beach Breeze was a wonderful place to experience our first trip to the Cape. It was very clean and pleasant, great front porch to sit on and the staff were super friendly. You can’t really see the ocean from the front porch as it appears you should from the photos, but we could see it easily from our room on the third floor. The nightly s’mores were a big hit with the kids. Falmouth is easy to walk to and a really nice little town to explore, several good restaurants and east bike rental place we used to explore more of the area, including Woods Hole. We took the ferry to Martha’s Vinyard one day and it was fine but we like Falmouth better. We will look to stay at the Beach Breeze again on our next visit to the Cape, which is hopefully very soon!

Windows need updating, rattled during the night due to wind exposure. As beautiful as their sounds are, birds woke me up around 4am. Very close and noisy in proximity. You can also hear presence of other visitors and their footsteps.
Bed comfortable, coffee and tea along with assorted milk or non dairy creamers available in the common kitchen. Very convenient. It’s a short drive to nearby restaurants, but would be quite a walk. Cycling doable.

We stayed for a quick overnight. The place is easily accessible, super clean and cozy. We love the rooms with a queen bed and two bunk beds for the kids. Will stay again! Great staff, super helpful and responsive!
