The hotel was comfortable and well cared for. Can't beat the location for the ferry and town.

The room we stayed in had a nice view of the harbor. The rooms were large and clean, and the property well cared for. The pool was heated though we didn't use it. Good coffee available in the lobby. Very convenient for ferry to Martha's Vineyard and restaurants in Wood Hole.

it was a nice place to stay in Woods Hole.

Views from the window. Ease to get to the MBL.

Always had to be careful walking. No rooms that did not involve stairs. A stair to get into the room. Parking lot involved climbing up and climbing down. Mobility issues have been ignored.

Nice lodging close to the ferry and a local breakfast favorite.

We could walk to the ferry for Martha’s Vineyard. The property is set back from the road which helped with traffic noise. The property landscaping was very nice.

We had a first floor room and, unfortunately, the couple in the room above us weighed a collective 500 lbs. The Inn appeared to have just a few guests for that night, so spacing us out would have made our stay a lot nicer.

great staff..very helpful. The rooms we older but clean. beds were very comfortable . Pool area was great.

Air conditioner was loud and went on and off all night. just an older building.

Pleasant Surprise!

Very clean facilities. Comfortable bed, room. Great location, the steamboat authority/ferry is walking distance. Restaurants also walking distance.

Had an evening check in with daughter and an early ferry next day to the Vineyard. Perfect spot.

Great location. Nice “retro” motel. Very Clean and nice staff at desk. Brought us a mini fridge for the room.

A very comfortable stay. The room was clean and comfy. Beautiful landscape!

They only offer coffee and tea anytime in the front desk area.

I think having a microwave in the room would be nice. Also the iron should be replaced, it worked, but it’s worn out.

Rest and relaxation at one of our favorite haunts.

The view. The staff accommodated our request for a refrigerator.

We booked through booking.com and they led us to believe we would e in the harbor house but we were not.

Close, convenient, clean, comfy.

Approx 7-minute walk to town center. Pool on site. Spacious room with comfy bed, mini-fridge, wi-fi. Plenty of parking. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful.

No food items offered other then Coffee, tea, and Ice. Needs one more set of overlapping black-out curtains, as the outside porch lights stay on all night. Bikes to borrow or rent would have been a nice addition.

Perfect location and room for a 12 night stay

Location is perfect, a short walk into the village of Woods Hole with views out over the bay. Room.was spacious and the bed was comfy.

Great location and hosts

Beautiful old harbor house alongside more modern motel. Very nice family atmosphere and spotlessly clean. Becky and her husband are friendly and helpful hosts who gave us so much care and attention.

Location and view. The grounds were gorgeous and the pool lovely.

The bathrooms, rugs and decor seem to be somewhat dated and tired. For the price, there should be a bit more “luxury”.

we loved the historic part of the hotel and our large gorgeous corner room which included a claw foot tub, fireplace, an

historic house, updated room, beautiful views, friendly staff, beautiful gardens all over the place, walking distance into the cute coastal town of Woods Hole.

a little musty in the stairwell, the newer part of the hotel could be updated.

Super friendly front desk staff. Great location. Nicely kept swimming pool.

The motel has a lovely view of the harbor and it’s an easy little walk to the adorable village of Woods Hole.

There was no fridge or microwave in the room so you couldn’t save snacks or leftovers.

Great stay at a fine hotel in the heart of so many great places to visit.

Wonderful location .... walked to ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Great room. Wonderful host. Beautiful area near many fine restaurants.

Everything was better than expected. My wife and I have absolutely no complaints.

We had a wonderful time.

We went on my birthday and we asked for a small fridge and some champagne to be put in the room. It was there when we arrived. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for catching the Ferry to Martha's Vinyard.

I wish the fireplace in our room was operational. Also, I wish there was a breakfast served like a bed and breakfast.
