I was no happy with heat conditions in the room

We highly recommend LIC Plaza hotel for your stay in NYC. Although the location is not in Manhattan, the hotel has many transportation options nearby to be in city centre in a few minutes. The price is pretty good comparing with other options and a simple breakfast is included. Rooms are fully equipped with mircrowave, fridge, iron&board, etc… In case you need a laundry service, you can use a good shop two streets away from the hotel. Here you have some improvements to consider just to give more quality with no big effort: - You can let little bottles of water as a welcome pack in the room. In our case, we arrived at 11pm and we were appreciated them. - Breakfast salon is not supporting all the guest at the same hour, that’s the reason why scheduling hours for all the guests will avoid the little queues at some morning hours.

We spent a night here at the LIC Plaza Hotel and will definitely be back. The hotel is located in such a convenient area; I literally booked my birthday dinner around the corner from the hotel without even knowing and it was so nice to not have to move our car! The hotel is kept really clean which is so important to us and the staff members were all so kind and helpful. I have zero complaints. I loved our stay!

Went to New York for marathon run. This hotel is convenient for subways to Manhattan and plenty of restaurant around. Breakfast is nice.

Very convenient to public transportation. Easy to get to from LaGardia and to get yo Manhattan by a couple of lines.

Very clean and well maintained. Nice shower, towels and bath. Rooms were very small, not enough surface to lay open two carryons. Windows facing major road and train track, super loud and cars honking from early am. Room doors and stair doors slammed loudly, so a lot of banging noise. Neighborhood has nothing to offer a tourist except the convenience of close subway access.

Great service and helpful and friendly staff! The only issue is the cafeteria would get super crowded and we would have to eat standing, which was annoying, but not super major, especially since the food was very good!

The checking was smooth and the room was clean and had all amenities as expected. The breakfast was very good with many options available beyond our expectation.

The rooms were very clean. Was very impressed..would stay here again.. Downfall there is no onsite parking but we were lucky enough to get street parking a few feet away from hotel.

It was the hardest bed with the firmest mattress I have ever slept (not well) on.

Weekend fun trip to the city. The hotel was very close to Queensboro subway station which is why we picked it. I think it was about a 3 min walk. The room and bathroom was very clean. No complaints except the mattress was super firm. It wasn't comfortable but we were so tired it wasn't a huge problem. I would stay there again due to price and location. Breakfast was included in the price which was very nice and saved time and money. There were some places close by you could eat. We had a nice craft beer and tasty hamburger at the Huntress which was a short walk from the hotel. I will say 2 things. 1. There is a LIC hotel and a LIC plaza hotel. We got off the subway and walked to the LIC hotel which was about a 15 min walk only to realize we Google mapped the wrong LIC. The LIC PLAZA is just a few minutes from Queensboro station in foot. 2. The entrance to the LIC plaza really looks low rent...like a gas station entrance and not a nice hotel. Still, once inside we were happy with our room and the hotel and would definitely recommend it. I'd stay there again for sure

Well located with easy subway access. Facilities are clean and well kept. Shower water pressure is a little low but otherwise great value hotel.

Very clean . Seemed to be recently built or renovated. Loved the view from my room. We had a view on Chrysler and Empire State buildings. Bed was a bit hard though

A pleasant stay! Comfy bed, the room was always cleaned, excellent breakfast and great location, very close to the subway!

Good location and clean rooms

I was not happy with the parking situation, but it is New York City. The hotel and staff were very good.

The front desk folks were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. I called ahead to say my flight was delayed and that I’ll be arriving past midnight. They said no problem - the front desk is staffed 24/7. Housekeeping was so on top of things. They cleaned, made the bed, and replaced towels every single day. I know some hotels these days only do so every 2-3 days. The free breakfast from 7-10 am was pretty robust. The room was new, clean, modern, and clearly lovingly looked after. The area is centrally located, with less than 5 minutes walking distance to the N/W Queensboro station down the street and around 6-8 minutes in the opposite direction to the R/E Queens Plaza station. Lots of dining options as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice rooms with (believe it or not) DAILY cleaning, post-COVID! Good experience overall. Close to 2 train stations.

Good place to visit NY at a affordable price Nice room and clean a little bit small for 3 but it was find we were out all day.
