We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room and common areas were always clean. The hotel staff was courteous & very helpful. The only inconvenience we experienced was the intense smell of smoke in the hallway and the ground level where the gym & bathrooms are at. 😖

I felt comfortable and safe by myself during my stay in the hotel. The front desk staff were helpful and professional. The subway stop is a few steps from the hotel. The surrounding area is safe. There is a 24 hour open food mart almost adjacent to the hotel . My room was cleaned everyday

Place is easy to find and there are train stations right on the corner so you can easily go where you want,Staffs are very nice and friendly. Rooms are clean just a little small for two beds . Overall I would definitely stay again if I ever come to the area again.

I really liked the hotel. But I was there for work staying 5 nights. There was only a desk chair, no floor lamp. I requested a comfortable chair 4 times and was told they would “work on it”. But never got one. Working all day it would have been nice to be able to relax. There was a small table so there must be a chair normally.

The check in and out process was excellent! The staff working late was amazing. I did not get her name but was very friendly. The room was small but nice and the bed comfortable!

Check in was a breeze. It was quite late, and the clerk directed me to locations where I could get food as I’d missed dinner. The room was clean, and stylish. Wi-Fi worked seamlessly AND THE BED IS SUPER COMFY. The water pressure was INCREDIBLE! Quite important as my long hair needs water pressure to rinse properly. I seldom get to write any of that about hotel stays. It’s just around the corner from my office in the Jet Blue Building, so my “commute” and the area is very walkable. There’s a 24 Hudson Market next door, and JACX&CO across the street, so it’s easy to get great food quickly & conveniently. Will stay here again.

Good location, close to queens plaza and queensboro stations. Clean, modern, friendly service

The mattress was great. Very clean. The shower door did not contain the water- half door. The floor was repeatedly sprayed with water. You needed a permanent attachment for the shower head. The hand held kept shifting during the shower and water would spray on the floor.

Slow elevators

Comfortable room, nice location, nice hospitality by the staff; bathroom needs improved cleanliness. Shower was full of mildew and had spotty mold on the upper walls (the shower stall has no ventilation and floor to ceiling wall so it stays moist.

I liked very much the hotel. The employees from the reception in evening very attent. Rooms are clean, big, confortable. The metro station is some steps from the hotel. There are a lot places to eat near the hotel,shops, supermarkts etc.

Cleaning the room was late.

We had a very pleasant time in the hotel. The location was fabulous, being so close to Queensboro Plaza and Queens Plaza Stations was a huge plus as it means we can get everywhere we wanted to go. It was very easy to take the subway E to JFK airport. The service staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The standard room came with a Keurig, in room safe, nice sized bathroom. The wardrobe had an iron. All the little things that made staying in this three-star hotel lovely. I would stay again!

The hotel is in a convenient location and seemed new-ish. I like my room, but the shower was a weird shape. For some reason the drain wasn't even with the shower floor so water would pool on the floor after showers.

We stayed in Long Island City on a recent trip to NYC because of a class my daughter was taking there. We had never been to Queens and were unsure what to expect. This hotel was excellent! The room was spacious and was cleaned each day. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The subway stations are very close. The only con was that our room faced the train tracks. The sound didn't bother us but if you are a light sleeper it would be a problem.

This hotel was in a great location for getting to all of the sights in Manhattan. There was an entrance to a subway station with 3 different lines half a block away, and access to another couple of lines only a few minutes away. We could get nearly anywhere in Manhattan within 15-30 minutes. The hotel itself was modern and clean, with comfortable beds, decent-sized rooms, and everything was new and clean. Would stay again.

We have very mixed feelilngs about this hotel. They messed up our reservation & put our family of 5 in a tiny double queen room (2 adults, 3 older teen boys). When I told them I had reserved a double queen corner family room w/ a pull-out sofa, they said that isn't what they had listed & that they had actually "upgraded" us from a king to a double queen room. We had already lost a day of vacation due to a cancelled flight so we didn't argue further. That night at 11 PM (after some of us were already asleep) somoene tried to get into our room, then a security guard knocked on our door and asked why we were still in the room b/c we were supposed to have checked out that morning. We said we had just checked IN. Then 5 minutes later the front desk called us & said they had messed up & we weren't supposed to be there. We just went on trying to make the most of our vacation and just made the best of the situation. One of our teenage sons had to sleep on the floor b/c we didn't have enough bed space for everyone. We asked for extra pillows, blankets & towels, which we had to ask for multiple times before they brought them up to us. The best part of the hotel is its location. It's located fairly close to a subway line for easy access to the city, and there is a fabulous market right next door w/ coffee, snacks, deli items, made to order menu items, & everything else one might need. I did find the original reservation after we got back home and it was exactly what I told them it was.

Excellent staff, comfortable and clean rooms. Ac was excellent even during hot time. Quiet and convenient to city by 15/20 min Uber.

Great price and conveniently located by the subway which is our go to transportation when we visit the city. Hotel is clean, modern, and receptionists were very helpful answering our questions. We needed our luggage stored after check out, and they were very efficient.

I only stayed one night but still had to pay for two and it was not worth the money. it's advertised as Manhattan view room 415 might as well not have a window. I won't ever stay with them again.

Staff were not Friendly at all. Shower tub glass was not sealed properly.
