Everything was amazing - the staff, breakfast, help with booking excursions, the pool, etc. They always went above and beyond! My family loved everything about Vietnam!!

The hotel offered us free bicycles to use throughout the day which we used a lot, it was so convenient. The staff were so very helpful - they went out of their way to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The night we arrived someone sat down to talk through a map and recommended places we should visit. Any issue we had was taken care of quickly. The pool was lovely and the breakfast at the hotel next door had a lot of variety which we appreciated!

Although the pool had no smoking signs, there were ashtrays and people smoking by the pool - which wasn't pleasant for us. Twice in our 4 nights we had no hot water. Which was quite unpleasant. They did fix it the first time but the second time it happened was our last night and it was late so no one could fix it.

Solo traveller from Switzerland: Amazing staff! Really great breakfast with local & western food! Extremly quick and reliable laundry service. Free bicycle to use & free towle to go to the beach. And the spa/massage was the best i got on my whole vietnam trip (thank you Nhung!) Now to be a bit more specific. When I checked in I got a nice welcome drink from Flora and she told me about Hoi An - what to do & where to go. From day one everybody called me by my name. The two receptionists Vin & Hieu should get an award. They were always laughing and up for a good chat. They told me about local food, teached me some vietnamese words, and organized ginger-tea for me when I was sick. It was also nice to sit at the bar and chat with Vivi and Gin. They did an amazing job. Also many thanks to Ken and the rest of the team. It was a really positive experience!!

We booked into the hotel and were greeted and sat down on the lounge and treated like gold. They let us know everything the hotel had to offer away from the front dest which was lovely.not holding up day to day activities of other guests. Very friendly and professional.the hotel is ABSOLUTELY the best hotel we stayed in during our month long stay in Vietnam.the rooms were spacious, spotless and very modern.the pool was spectacular with pool service of food and cocktails which at this point was non existent in any of our previous hotels. All staff were friendly always greeting you with a smile and willing to help us in any thing we might wondering. The breakfast buffet was BEYOND GREAT!!! Full western as well as full Vietnamese options,including cheese,pastries eggs done the way you want,bacon and sausage as a daily staple.there was a fresh bakery section with sweets and fresh breads.we were beyond pleased and surprised compared to other hotels we had stayed at. Lunch and dinner were available at the restaurant at very reasonable prices and the food was very delicious 😋.my husband and my self would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone who might be in the Hanoi vacinity. It was about a 15 minute walk to old town which is why we were there. We would come back and stay at this hotel above any other. We wish them much success in their future business. thank you so much for wonderful stay !! Bonus you have two LARGE outside pools with plenty of lounged and full swing covered beds at each pool. Again spotless and very relaxing!!

Like the design of the hotel, which co-sharing some facilities with the next hotel. The room is decently clean and comfortable, sufficient spacious and quiet. The hotel provided free bicycle with good condition for the family as well.

The location is away from old town of Hoi An, choice of restaurants is not much if you are tired at the end of the day.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was nice, the breakfast had many options and was very good, and the staff was so helpful and gave us a wonderful feeling staying there. We had som massages here and they were great too. Highly recommend this place!

The staff were friendly and helpful especially Chris Flora and Minh. The rooms were spacious, a little more attention to detail on cleanliness required though. The breakfast meats and cheese could really do to be covered to avoid flies getting onto the food which we noticed a few times. We did mention this to staff but nothing changed. Bedding and towels old and very worn, probably after covid. This hotel could easily make several improvements which would improve customer satisfaction, there's plenty of competition so they need to up their game! We went through the hotel to arrange our airport transfer, the driver was a nightmare, he was too close to the vehicle in front which suddenly braked, he swerved to avoid it, narrowly missing it and the oncoming car. We told him to keep back, he said it was the other drivers fault for braking. He also answered his phone several times and was texting, absolutely ridiculous, we were so glad to get out of that car, the worst driver in a month. If the hotel supply transport they should make sure the drivers they use are safe and reliable.

I couldn't recommend the Sincerity Hotel enough. We have been backpacking around Asia for the last 2 months and decided that we needed a touch of luxury for my partner's birthday. We were immediately welcomed with warmth and kindness and offered watermelon juice on arrival! Our bags were taken up to our room and we were delighted to discover that our room had been upgraded to a junior suite and decorated with balloons for my partner's birthday - free of charge! The room was huge and spotlessly clean and comfortable (we spent a lot of time napping in the world's softest bed/pillows) and there was also a bath which is tricky to find in Asia! We enjoyed the beautiful pool area and I also visited the gym for a mini workout which was well equipped with weights and cardio machines. One of the major highlights, however, was the breakfast which was so varied and had plenty of options for Westerners who need a little break from noodles although these were available too if you wish! We enjoyed pastries, toast, eggs cooked to order, fruit, coffee and English tea which was an absolute joy! Free bicycles make it incredibly easy to get around and we travelled to the old town within 5 minute and the beach in 10-15. All this for just £23 per night - I couldn't believe it! If you fancy a bit of luxury on a budget book a stay at the Sincerity Hotel, you certainly won't regret it! Thank you to all of the lovely staff for making our stay so memorable 🙏

It was away from the hustle and bustle but still really easy to get into town. There are free bike rentals and you can order a Grab too to get into town, which was super cheap. Comfortable big rooms! The breakfast was exceptional. A lot of variety of Asian and western breakfast. We would like to thank the staff for being so lovely and attentive! would recommend this hotel if you’re in Hoi An!

The staff were very excellent. They were really helpful and the information provided upon check in were really great.

I believe the TV was somehow connected to another remote from another room. At times, the TV would change channels. We would have to wait for a few minutes and then try to change back to the channel we were watching.

The bicycles are quite rusty and some of them are faulty, they need a bit of love. Other than that it was a great stay.

The suite is perfect, Staff is super friendly and caring, especially thanks to Front Office Manager - "Ms. Kim Hoa", who assisted us with our needs. A peaceful place, a paradise in Hoi An City. This hotel is beyond words with a breathtaking and amazing view, clean and we felt very spoilt to be in such a high-class establishment.

Staff were the most polite and friendly i have come across in vietnam. Location was a 5 min cycle to the main old town. But this was perfect as it was lovely and quiet. Gym was nice and had good equipment. Breakfast was one of the best i had also. The staff drew a map for us and gave us great info. Price was also very good and well worth it.

Hoi An sincerity hotel is a beauty property. It is located very conveniently, almost midway from the old town and an bang beach. The property has free bicycles and locks which could be borrowed to ride around town. The breakfast is the best bit. We loved our stay and would love to come back soon❤️
