Very shoddy accusation. It is not as seen in the photo. The sheets are dark and heavily stained in a dark color, like when you wash a white sheet with clothes of red and black colors. The toylet has black dots and a piece of paper left behind by someone. It had a smell of sweat as if someone slept before...

This hotel is bad in every way, cleanliness, facilities, bad beds, bathroom, etc.

The staff was very rude. I had stayed two days and had already reserved a third day but was charged an EXTRA day because I left my belongings in the room. I will not be going back to a hotel that makes a profit by cheating working people out of their money!

Plaster falling off the ceiling, nearly entire ceiling. Door broken, TV not working. I shudder to think what more. We were only there from Midnight to 6am. I wouldn't want to spend another second there.

Filthy, sticky floors with the nastiest pillow I’ve ever seen in a motel. Half the exterior lights were blinking. The bathtub had muddy boot prints in it. Left immediately for another place nearby. NEVER EVER STAY HERE!

It is a $30 hotel. Keep that in mind when you book. The door is not flush with the door frame. The bathroom floor is wavy. The floor is sticky in a lot of places. The tub was dirty and the towels were not close to white.

I booked my room in advance once i arrived they had given my room to someone else. I then proceeded to go look for another hotel. Next day i check my bank account they had withdrawn the amount for the room claiming i was a no show. Receptionist was very rude. Hotel was dirty

This is either under-renovation or post-destruction, but either way it’s absolutely destroyed and trashy. I arrived later than 11pm as happens on occasion. The “lobby” (which was covered in dust and yellow do not enter tape) was completely barren and LOCKED, LIGHTS OUT. Nobody was even there, there was no phone number to call, and no way for me to check in and get to my room! I called Expedia and they took over 30 minutes to determine I was with the wrong department. I hung up and took the $33 loss. Never again OYÓ hotel. I went across the street to Holiday Inn. Was nice.

It was nothing like the pictures. The door to my room wouldnt even close all the way. Looked like it had been kicked in before.

Due to the rudeness of this man because my house burnt down I had to sleep in a car and then on a street because the man was difficult to deal with and didn't like the fact I guess that I was gay this is on y'all now how rude of y'all to do that and let that happen

If you have a pet, bring cash. I don't blame Expedia as it is not their fault but nowhere does it mention the *cash only* let fee, cashing an out of network fee for an ATM down the road! After a long drive no one wants to leave again to get cash, then go BACK to the hotel when the rest was paid on card. Why only cash and why not mentioned? For a "pet friendly" hotel there is little to no place for your buddy to do his business. Maybe a 3*3 sq. ft of grass. One of the two buildings is completely destroyed and abandoned. My door in particular was damaged and looked like it had been kicked in at one point. You had to body slam the door to get it to close and even then did not feel secure. If I did not have my dog with me I would not have felt safe/comfortable at all. Forget cleanliness, in this case the cheap price is for far worse issues!

The was i guess you could say updated with newer paint dark and light grays but only 2 lights, the room was dark kinda clean but no service if youre on a weekly stay new mattresses but still covered in plastic so you sweat no matter how cool the room was

The room was filthy. Stains on the door, the walls, the pillow cases, the sheets, and bathroom towels. The pillow was stained with blue paint/or color. The microwave was filthy inside and out. The ice box smells like mold and brown splatches all over. The past tenant must have put out cigarettes in the blanket.

Great place to stay, economical and very clean rooms. New comfortable mattress and nice shower. Will stay again.

The word basic does not cover this. Stripped down is closer to the mark. There were signs that they are trying to upgrade some things, but among the things that are usually in the most basic places in some form that were not there: Soap, tissues, plastic cups, hangers, blankets (there was only a bedspread over sheets), lamps or wall lights by the bed(went to Walmart to get a lamp), a working deabolt, any place to sit other than the bed, and any flat surface to work on. There were flat and lumpy things in pllowcases, but to call them pillows is a big stretch. The one tiny bath towel allotted was totally put to shame by the $2.98 towel from Walmart that I went out to buy, and the washcloth was actually translucent. The sheets were a medium gray from countless washings, with the occasional stain. On the plus side - The folks at the front desk were nice, the heat worked, and there were no bugs that I could see.

Excellent prices and the staff/owners are kind and willing to help. With that being said, there are renovations going on which make it a bit noisy and some of the neighbors aren’t so neighborly. Other than that, it has great potential and should be considered when you’re tired and need a place to put your feet up for a day or even a week like we did. I wouldn’t stay longer than that, but maybe I would if it continues to get better.
