We had a wonderful stay at Adarissa House while getting to know the city. The apartment has a great, quiet location with very good access to major roads, within a few minutes by car to everywhere. The place is very quiet, the air is clean and you are looking at greenery both directions from the unit. The amenities are excellent and the host very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay there again!

It was mostly clean and it had good wifi that we needed for work. We liked that it had multiple bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group.

The host does not seem comfortable at all with hosting and following appropriate etiquette for hosting. It is as if he doesn't want to rent out the space. He overstayed when meeting us to give us the keys. We were exhausted and wanted to settle in and rest, but he stayed way too long and talked too much to our Moroccan friend traveling with us. Also, the listing says it has air conditioning in the apartment and it does not. The host thinks that the fans provide air conditioning and they do not. The fans did help some, but it should not list air conditioning if it does not have it. Especially for the price that we paid. The beds are too firm. Provide a foam mattress topper to offset the hard, springy feeling for better quality sleeping. Also we feel like it was overpriced for what the apartment was.

The apartment was exceptionally well furnished: it even provided an apron! The apartment was very spacious and clean, it was bright and the neighbourhood was quiet and safe. It was away from the old town which made it easy to drive and park. It was close to grocery stores.

Phone calls and WhatsApp calls to our contact would instantly hang-up. Email got through. Once he called us, the link was established and calls worked but getting the key was a bit stressful because of this.

The host, his son and the apartment are fantastic. The apartment is lovely and in a very pretty neighbourhood close to a main route where there are taxis. The oil heaters worked to warm up the rooms we were in. The apartment was not very cold in a winter month anyhow because it is a good building. The host and his son got us pizza delivered to the door and then arranged an early morning taxi for us to get us to the early train back to Meknes. We will book again without hesitation. You won't find many apartment owners of their calibre.

Adarissa House was perfect for our stay in Rabat. The property is clean, spacious, well-equipped, and in a quiet residential area yet conveniently located close to shops, grocery stores and restaurants. The owner was warm, welcoming and graciously showed us around. We highly recommend it!
