A short but good stay after returning from Belize. Room is well laid out and very comfortable. Only comment is that the decorator of the hotel lobby area has very unusual ideas about what looks good. To describe the surroundings as eclectic would be an understatement.

The beds were soo soft and felt old and sunken in it was hard to sleep.

The hotel was okay but the cleaning was not up to my standards as we had not had our bed made properly and we found someone else’s nail in between the sheets.

This was our second time staying at this location, loved it.

The room and hotel are great! The breakfast amazing! The service was fantastic with the evening check in and breakfast workers! Where it went downhill, was when I stepped out of the elevator and quickly slipped and fell in a puddle of water...in front, of course, of many people. The desk person stood there and just looked, then called housekeeping to clean it up, stating it just happened. Didnt ask if i was ok, say sorry or offer support of any kind...oh ya...she asked me if i wanted water...I said, nope, just fell in a puddle of it! There was a wet sign out, however it was on the other side of the wall, people walking towards the elevator would have seen, but nit coming off the elevator. I hurt my elbow and twisted my leg...out of embarrassment I limped away, my husband stayed behind and he got a sorry from her...but he was not impressed by her disregaurd for my possible injuries. He spoke with the sales manager, she too, disregaured the situation, not even asking if I was ok. I wasnt looking for anything but an ounce of care. Sad when a, oh my, are you ok, did you hurt yourself would have went a long way.

Everything was outstanding. Great Value. (The bacon and eggs in the morning needs some serious attention. Has that out-of-a-box flavour and texture.)

Due to winter storm had to delay my trip from Detroit by a day; called hotel front desk to avoid no show and requested a suitable booking but starting one day later. Alas, they said call Hotels.com; Hotels.com said no worries and gave the service request number etc. When I reached it turned out that I had to pay for the second night both blaming each other. Pathetic show! Why does a genuine traveler like I suffer from having contacted both parties??? Also, on the first day front desk offered complimentary drinking water but on the second day the person flatly refused and added it was a mistake committed by his colleague yesterday!!!

This is one of the best hotels i stayed at! Gorgeous very clean, staff were very helpful. Enjoyed the most delicious breakfast in the morning, then went back to room to relax before driving back home. Will definitely return.

GREAT HOTEL FOR BUSINESS

My previous stay was better. This time there is a large group of men who have been quite noisy chatting and carrying on in the hallway periodically throughout the might (multiple times after 12am). Traffic is also steady throughout the night. The alarm clock wasnt plugged in and there is a general lack of receptacles around the bed. The clock is the only place to plug something in. I had to move the bed to be able to plug it in. There must have been a plumbing issue at some point also because the little door im the wall under the sink for the water shut off was left open. Didnt affect my stay, just a minor detail.

Clean, comfortable bedding. Great service.

The property is good but the front desk staff could be nicer or better trained. They never had a smile on their face and never greeted anyone.

Staff is very friendly. Overall experience was very good. Only thing I would say that can be improved on is having room service. We had to run down a few times to pick up the food we ordered or even for water.

I'm so happy to share my stay in context here. Both my fiancée and I highly recommend staying here in Brampton if you're ever looking for a friendly and great hotel in that area. The staff, John and Mahadev treated us like family from the moment we arrived there. While we were there John, Mahadev and the rest of the staff were very kind and caring. John and Mahadev made sure that we were given great service as they accommodated us with their excellent hospitality. During breakfast a phenomenal lady named Rose whose job is in the kitchen, worked very hard to attend to the needs of the guests. Thank You John, Mahadev, Rose and the entire staff at The Hyatt Regency in Brampton. I give you a 100 out of 100 in service, guidance, care, friendliness, hospitality and safety. Thank you so much. We will be back!

Very nice hotel, stayed there for 2 nights and everything was great, room was neat and clean, breakfast had plenty of food, and also staff was really friendly and helpful.
