Loved the whole house. So nice and comfortable. I felt at home. Price was exceptional.
Nothing I did not like. Everything I loved.

Good location, lots of kids around in the neighborhood makes you feel at home. Other tenants were great as well, and the owner was always quick to respond when I called.
Bedsheets had a bit of debris and under the bed was dirty. Other than that it was quite clean, kitchen and all.

I liked when I had an issue and notified the host, they went above and beyond to help and fix it. I liked the king size bed, it was very comfortable and the sheets smelt very fresh. I liked being able to cook in the kitchen, I do my best to stay away from fast food. I liked having access to do laundry. My daughter had a soccer tournament that weekend, and needed her clothes ready for the following day. I liked that the other guests were quiet and respected the noise level when my daughter and I were sleeping.
There were some areas that could have been cleaned better, but as an airbnb cleaner, I know the areas that needed attention were commonly missed from cleaners I take over for at airbnbs. The one lamp in our room would not work, but that was from a previous guest who broke the plug 😔 c The spa bath is not working, and it would have been nice to know that ahead of time, as we were excited to use it, and it would have been nice to have a baking sheet (we could not find one). We were happy and enjoyed our stay none the less 🙂

Toilett seat was new and clean.
No clean bed sheets. Hair visible from former guest(s?). Absolut no go! Luckily the closet for clean bedsheets was right next by my door, so I put on new and clean sheets and thus saved my night. Towels similarily suspicious.
Kitchen not really clean. Someone was sleeping on the couch in that living room space. Did not look like the ordinary guest/tennant.
All told - I wonder why anyone would rate this place "extraordinary".
