There was excellent communication with the proprietors with good directions to the apartment. The apartment was huge! Sparkling clean and the beds very comfortable. The location was excellent with the Rialto bridge only a few steps away and the water taxi stop was super close and easy to navigate.

There was a lift, but it was private, and apartment guests aren't allowed to use it. Understandable from the loft owner's point of view, but the stairs were a bit difficult for older travelers with luggage. We managed slowly, and it was only a minor inconvenience.

The location was very central which is exactly what we wanted. Our host, Cristina, was very good at communicating with us and seemed very nice although me never met. We were a family of 5 so we really appreciated the good-sized living room and having our own kitchen.

I was surprised to find that one of the bedrooms didn't have a proper door, only a curtain. I probably wouldn't have booked the apartment had I been aware if this. There was some noise at night but this was to be expected being right in the centre. My bed was very comfy but apparently there was room for improvement with the double bed. The apartment was quite dark with no natural light in either of the bathrooms or kitchen but, again, this couldn't be helped given the layout and the nature if the buildings in the city.

I didn’t pay attention at the time that I select the apartment and then I found out that doesn’t have air conditioning It was summer time very hot but during the night hours it breeze and fresh , but for the price and the comfortable it’s a bargain considering being in Venezia

Great location, apartment space was fantastic and open living. Close to all amenities, shops, restaurants. Best location for Rialto bridge and water taxi. Great value for money, great host communication and easy to access. I would definitely recommend this property, Great for groups and family.

Everything in the Apartment was great, however for it to be even better, Air conditioning would take it to that extra level of superb!!! There was fans in each room but did not do the trick especially during the hot days of summer. Had lots of trouble trying to open the door that proved to be quite time consuming, needs a new door lock is my only recommendation.

the property did not have a lift for us that we had lots of luggage that we had to carry by hand. it would have been better if there was aircon as it was quite hot during our stay. which made it had to have a good night sleep.

The location is outstanding - seemingly in the center of the city, a close walk to everything we wanted to do. The hosts were active in contacting us about our plans, straightforward with details about the property, cooperative about our needs, helpful with local details, and very responsive to our inquiries. Their help with arrival directions was particularly appreciated.

There is very little I would have wanted different. The entire suite was open and spacious, and the room sizes generous. The absence of air conditioning was not as much of an issue as we'd feared in advance because of the record heat wave; we were able to be comfortable at night with the windows open. A very few mosquitos seemed a small price to pay for the comfort of the cross breeze.

Very central location, incredibly close to Rialto Bridge.

It was noisy outside at 6am when we had the windows open, on a hot summer night, but this wasn’t the fault of the apartment as it’s in middle of a very busy city.

this is my first time to venice , so I cant compare , but comparing to my stay in Rome n Florence , both also in the old building But tje furnished is modern n nice n with aircond what I dun like : - Bathroom is very dated and shower box quiet small and the water flow also slow - No aircon , really cant sleep in the summer - sofa leather peeling off

Beautifully furnished and spacious apartment. Charming and stylish. Comfortable beds, everything we needed, great location. The host had gone to a lot of trouble to anticipate guests’ needs and make it welcoming. Gondoliers singing outside the bedroom windows was a bonus!

We liked everything about the property.

Very good location, close to the rialto bridge. Enough space for six persons and very comfortable beds. The contact to the host vas very nice, all our questions have been answered within short time.

It took quite a while to have warm water in the shower and the dishwasher interrupted several times without having finished. But those were minor issues.

Property is very well located, close to the Rialto vaporetto stop and good shopping facilities. Sightseeing perfect from this location. Very spacious and quiet. Apartment has a nice homely atmosphere, not like most other tourist apartments. Hosts very friendly and efficient, they go out of their way to accommodate any request and they answer any questions instantly. Cleaning lady professional, quiet, kind, provides assistance with check-in and check-out, keys, questions, requests for luggage storage.

There was nothing that was not provided when asked.

In the heart of Venice

Close to vapporeto and all major sights

A 2 minute walk from the Rialto Vaporetto stop and about a 6 minute walk from St. Marks square...this apartment was perfect for a family of 5. It was a lot larger than we expected, virtual checkin was no hassle, and we were allowed to check out at 3pm. The bedroom windows also face a popular gandola canal which adds an extra touch of splendor. We loved it!

The hosts are wonderful! Christina could answer every question and it was always easy to contact her, when we needed her. The apartment is situated perfectly. It is only a few meters from Rialto but in the night it is very quite there, so that you never feel disturbed. In the big apartment was everything you could wish to have. Cold water in the fridge, coffee, cookies for the hungry kids, soft towels, comfortable beds ! Enough space for family & friends. We really want to thank Christina and her husband for their great hospitality and would love to come again!

We had everything we needed and I cant think of anything our hosts should add to their apartment. If they could manage to help saving Venice from crowds of tourists (I am one of them) this would be the most attractive place in the world. In these corona times, Venice is not overhelmed and the most wonderful place you can think of, but normaly too crowded.
