Property is clean and comfortable and in an excellent location for sightseeing. Beds are extremely comfortable. Kitchen facilities are adequate for simple self catering. Room temperature is comfortably set.

The room is advertised as with a view of the canal. This is misleading as the building is covered with scaffolding and views are all obstructed. Manager only replies via message. TV did not work for four of our five-day stay and manager kept saying they were doing works to the building. The manager advised they would be sending tradesmen to our apartment while we were out. We had already left for the day and were unable to secure any of our belongings. Arrived home to find three workmen in our apartment. Manager did not seem to think there was anything wrong with this because they had advised us. The site is basically a construction site. Still very habitable but not as described.

It was spacious and clean and overlooked the canal so it had a beautiful view. Plus it was near the Rialto so very convenient to get around.

Scaffolding is covering all the windows. There is NOT a view of the canal as advertised by the owners. This was not disclosed, and when I messaged them about it, I was ignored. I do not recommend this apartment. We were misled by the listing and all the pictures. We booked this place specifically for the view and it was completely blocked. This should be disclosed. It is unfair to advertise a view of the canal when it is completely blocked.

The beds were comfortable and good location.

No hot water, no dish detergent or dish towels, no condiments in kitchen, no toiletries or hair dryer as advertised. Advertised 2 bathrooms, only had one. Advertised as having a view, only view was scaffolding outside window. No ice trays in kitchen.

Booked this apartment for a special birthday trip. Very disappointed generally. There is nothing ‘boutique’ about this property. It has not a single picture, ornament or decorative feature to give it any personality, in a city surrounded by beauty. The sofa is uncomfortable and has torn fabric. The building had scaffolding up ( which totally obscured the canal view the property promotes) and we were not informed of this prior to arrival. We couldn’t therefore have any windows open which made the apartment dark. Minimal toiletries supplied - 1 roll of toilet paper, no soap, dishcloth or towel in kitchen. dishwasher with 2 tablets provided for 5 night stay.

Great location, close to the touristic center. Big and spacious apartment. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. AC to make 37 C outside bearable ;) In general - great place to stay with a family or a group of friends.

A coffee machine would be nice to have. Something for zanzare, there were quite a lot of them.

Big size, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and one more room. All new, renovated. Amazing for the Venice center, 5min from St Marco square Location is perfect, canal view from the both bedrooms

The canal view was blocked by scaffolding and construction. View completely closed by protective construction lining. Stove front 2 units didn’t work.

NOT a Canal View apartment. At least not for the time being. We arrived at the apartment on the 9th of May, I tried to open the window to the canal only to find the whole facade COVERED in scaffolding and some gentleman just outside saying hello. Not only didn't I have the view I had searched and paid for, I couldn't even open the windows, especially at the bedroom side, since there could be someone outside. You can also imagine there was quite some noise from the work done after 8 o'clock in the morning. Best Venice apartments told me they didn't know this was happening at the apartment they are managing and the owner claimed it was urgent work from the municipality. Of course they ignored any request for some compensation. I feel deceived and disappointed since this was basically FALSE advertising, we were never warned and I can't believe this happened the day before we arrived or something.

The location was perfect and the apartment was much bigger than expected.

Needed basic cleaning supplies such as dishwasher soap, paper towels, and sponges in order to clean up after preparing food.

It was a huge flat with 2 bedrooms, a livingroom, a big bathroom and a big kitchen…

Hard to reach to the facility…

The location was perfect, lovely view from the rooms. Apartment was clean and very spacious especially for a family of 6.

The beds were a bit hard.
