The host met me at the exit of the parking garage and led me to the apartment. I arrived earlier than expected and she was very responsive and available. The host provides free parking in a public parking garage very close by which is a great +. Also, she had installed AC on the day I arrived and she also has fans in the apartment. All very much needed during my stay with temps in the 80s/90sF and 35-40C. Great neighborhood in Montpellier with small restaurants nearby, shopping, etc. I was meeting with friends but also spent some time on my own and I like the area. The host provides a lot of things — iron, ironing board, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, drying rack, fans, AC…. I didn’t use everything, but I imagine this could all be very useful.

The apartment was smaller than I expected, based on the photos. This being said, it was more than enough space for me. Although I was staying for 3 nights, the host gave me only 2 coffee capsules. There were tea bags provided as well, however. The towels are a bit old and used, as well as some of the spaces (kitchen and bathroom, in particular). All worked fine, however. There is a dishwasher (which I used and which didn’t seem to clean well) and a washing machine (which I didn’t use). Neighborhood can be noisy with windows open, but with a fan and AC you can close up and not hear street noise.

convenient location

I didn’t understand at first the metal blockages that deter cars from entering the old town. once I understood the system it was much easier to get in and out of the pedestrian area with the car.

Everything was great, Sophie is a very welcoming host! The apartment is really nice, and the house superb. If you’re only about to go to Montpellier, lucky you, don’t even think twice!

The host (Sophie) is very quick to response to any questions and that made things so easier to get to the apartment. Especially when you travel with kids all you want to do is to get there so it was very smooth. The location was absolutely amazing close to the shops and the atmosphere was beyond our expectations. Having a car park right there is such a bonus. Thank you.

Charming apartment in the old building in the heart of the city. Close to everything. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need. The parking is 2 minutes of walk.
