THIS PLACE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. We were in Des Moines for AAU Track and Field Nationals. The host made sure we had all the comforts of home. The house was clean with everything you could possibly need. We even had access to a washer and dryer. We were there for a week and it was amazing!! If you are in Des Moines, rent this property. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!
THERE WAS NOTHING NOT TO LIKE!!!

The photos do not do this place justice! We booked this rental for a Girls Weekend and it exceeded our expectations.
We planned to do some walking around, but unfortunately it rained the entire time we were there. We were able to adjust our plans and hang out inside. It was spacious and cozy.
The outside was beautiful. The covered porch area still allowed us to have a lazy brunch despite the rain. It was a great location with shops for groceries and close to downtown activities.
We plan to book again in the future!

Beautiful and cozy place to stay while meeting up with family from different states.
Beautiful flowers around the house and more than enough room for everyone.
Floor heights changed quite a bit creating a bit of a tripping hazard, not too bad though.

I loved the location, and I'm from this area.
My sons enjoyed to have each a room.
We enjoyed the living space, nice and comfortable.
The entry to apartment, I hoped for more secure feeling. As I am from area. It was fine. Nice neighbors.
The apartment was not ready, but the host was very kind and explained how she would get things ready for us to arrive.
