Absolutely love this property! this was the second time my fiancé and I stayed here we truly love it, we were celebrating my graduation and me coming back to the state. It’s very peaceful, and the facilities are very clean and there are games which we love and snacks. Try to get this property every time we stay in Birmingham.

Everything was PERFECT!

The decor was beautiful, beds were comfortable, had everything we needed as far as proper dishes to cook, working AC, television, games, and nice amenities in backyard.

Needed more seating in living room. Maybe move the big mirror and add a couch there? But everything was beautiful. Really enjoyed the house and admired the decor, especially the back splash in kitchen and tile on bathroom floor!

The house itself was very cute and clean. It has clearly been remodeled and they did a very nice job. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal. They left drinks and snacks which was a very thoughtful touch. The backyard has a privacy fence and a covered seating area which we may have used if it wasn't so hot outside.

We were in town for our daughter's graduation from UAB and we were looking for a place close to the university. This neighborhood is in a very rough part of town which I was unaware of when I booked. We had issues getting an Uber or Lyft and when we did, they asked us why in the world we were staying in that area. For the most part it was quiet, until 3 a.m. on Saturday morning. We were awoken by a shoot out directly in front of the house. At least 20 rounds were fired. Scared the absolute hell out of us. My son called 911 but they never found the shooters. The next morning we found bullet shells under our vehicles. There is also a train that runs constantly that we would hear throughout the night. It also blocked access to the road the house was located on almost every time we tried to come or go. I know none of this is the fault of the owners, but if I had read a review like mine (instead of all of the questionably positive ones I read), I never would have booked here. I really struggled with whether or not to leave a review at all, but after finding out that one of those bullets went through the house next door, I felt that I really needed to. I wouldn't want another family to go through what we went through.

The neighborhood was quiet the place was neat and clean.

The place didn't smell so great, but a little air fresher and a candle made it better.

Home was very beautiful

It was beautiful just like the pictures,clean, I love the complimentary snacks they provided, very close to everything(no more than 15 minutes drive everywhere), felt very homey. Quiet neighborhood

Clean, spacious and the entire house is perfect!

The close by railroad train operates at night so you can hear it. If you’re a light sleeper I would suggest bringing ear plugs.
