We had a wonderful stay in October 2023. The condo is very well appointed, with tasteful decorations and furnishings, and just about everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.There is a wonderfully organized kitchen, with all the comforts of home and everything you need to prepare and serve meals. I also particularly appreciated the lighting: very well-lit kitchen and baths, and comfortable lighting in other rooms. We were most impressed with the living room sliding door to the balcony, which moves effortlessly and opens wide.From the quality balcony furniture we enjoyed sunrises, leisurely reading, and sweet study. Some might miss having a hot tub in the well-cared for pool area.There is a short, quick trip up or down in the elevator, and carts to move items. You will not need to bring extra hangers! This is the first condo we have stayed in that required none of the many extras I usually bring along, extra lighting, hangers, kitchen items, towels, etc. Having not met the owners, I would say they are most gracious and generous, and we are most grateful to have had the opportunity to call their condo home for a few weeks. May they continue to be blessed with appreciative guests.P.S. It was truly clean!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was exceptionally clean and well maintained as were the surrounding premises, and the ocean view was just beautiful.
We were surprised however by the level of noise from the rebar upgrades being done to the building, it was very loud and intrusive. And another minor issue was the non-supply of toilet paper, paper towels or garbage bags. We’ve rented many places and these items were always supplied by the owner.

I can’t say enough good about this place! It is so beautiful! Modern, clean, comfortable beds , plenty of space for 4 people. The view is phenomenal!! Straight easy access to beach. Awesome patio furniture. I will definitely book this location any time I’m in Myrtle Beach area!

Perfect location, perfect condo, perfect amenities! We loved our stay at this condo and we are looking forward to booking again next year! Thank you for making this property available. The beach chairs and other beach necessities made available to your guests was a huge convenience. The beds are extremely comfortable and the living space perfect for relaxing and enjoying time together. Can’t wait to visit again!

My stay was nice the only thing I wish is that your housekeeping would of been honest and turned in my wedding rings I know I left them there and obviously I wasn’t getting them back but I wish they just would been honest. Other than that we had a great time

The property was fine, the room was true to the photos, clean had all kitchen utensils which was great to have for eating in, beds were comfortable some chairs for the beach already and some nets and buckets for the kids check in was easy thru e-mail and not far from places to eat and the Tanger outlets, I would stay here again

We took our granddaughter here for her 21st birthday. The property was beautiful. It was tastefully decorated and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again. The only issues were the Uber drivers could not see the Carolina Dunes sign as it was small and always pulled in next door. Checkout time could be little later!
I also left a pair of pajamas there not sure if I forgot anything else but this is definitely a 5 star property!

This unit was immaculate! Very well stocked, also quality appliances. Main bed was comfortable. The view was amazing for sunrises. Felt private even though we were in a complex. Great restaurants all within 5-10 minutes. Communication done well with everything emailed promptly after reservation and prior to arrival. Would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing condo with ocean views!
This condo was perfect for our family vacation for my sister's 40th birthday. We had an amazing time as a group of 4. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The living room and kitchen were spacious and full of everything we needed to cook.
The balcony had an amazing view of the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay!

The building was under construction with jack hammering and grinding. Woke us up and was very loud in the unit and right next to the pool. Contacted property manager and was reimbursed some funds. Poor planning on construction work and not communicated at booking. Overall unit was updated and great. Location needs a car for a weeks stay.

Not quite north myrtle but on the really nice end and quiet! Only downfall is this condo does not allow dogs and I would have loved to bring my little dog to the beach.

The condo inside was great. The rental company professional and good communication. The beach was cleaned every morning and dragged. Plenty of room on the wide beach. The pool was clean and the furniture was nice. The small lobby could use some updates. My only complaint was a terminator knock on the door to spray and I was never notified. My biggest concern was the week we visited,it was Black Bike week and it impacted our stay. We changed some of our plans to avoid the crowds of motorcycles and the party atmosphere that came with it. It was not my scene and wish I had known about it in advance. I researched golf courses, restaurants and attractions but didn't know about motorcycle week until we got there and security showed up in the condo parking.
